【摘要】:21世紀(jì)初,隨改革開(kāi)放的不斷深入,中國(guó)鐵路市場(chǎng)跨越式發(fā)展,引進(jìn)國(guó)際先進(jìn)軌道交通技術(shù),快速實(shí)現(xiàn)了從直流機(jī)車(chē)向交流機(jī)車(chē)過(guò)渡,高速動(dòng)車(chē)得到快速發(fā)展,通過(guò)引進(jìn)再消化創(chuàng)新,中國(guó)軌道交通達(dá)到世界一流水平;在全球金融危機(jī)爆發(fā)后,中國(guó)政府加大了在軌道交通等基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)方面的投入,軌道交通裝備行業(yè)持續(xù)保持快速的增長(zhǎng)速度,給軌道交通裝備企業(yè)帶來(lái)了新一輪發(fā)展機(jī)遇,,中國(guó)南車(chē)集團(tuán)、北車(chē)集團(tuán)迅猛發(fā)展,進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)大調(diào)整,重點(diǎn)發(fā)展主業(yè),在此背景下,株洲聯(lián)誠(chéng)集團(tuán)憑借自身優(yōu)勢(shì),收購(gòu)或托管了田心地區(qū)的四家制動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)廠家,組建株洲聯(lián)誠(chéng)集團(tuán)制動(dòng)技術(shù)公司。在難得的發(fā)展機(jī)遇下,國(guó)內(nèi)機(jī)車(chē)制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)公司因技術(shù)相對(duì)滯后,交流機(jī)車(chē)和城軌等新興市場(chǎng)被國(guó)際知名企業(yè)暫時(shí)占領(lǐng),國(guó)內(nèi)制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)遭遇“過(guò)山車(chē)”式的市場(chǎng)占有率下滑,同時(shí)面臨技術(shù)提升和生存的巨大壓力。 本文首先從外部環(huán)境著手,從行業(yè)特點(diǎn)出發(fā)、結(jié)合機(jī)車(chē)“以市場(chǎng)換技術(shù)”的特點(diǎn)分析機(jī)車(chē)制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)國(guó)產(chǎn)化消化吸收情況及未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),然后對(duì)株洲聯(lián)誠(chéng)集團(tuán)制動(dòng)技術(shù)公司的內(nèi)部資源能力進(jìn)行分析,充分識(shí)別企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),應(yīng)用戰(zhàn)略管理最常用的SWOT分析法,根據(jù)企業(yè)的定位和發(fā)展規(guī)劃,確定株洲聯(lián)誠(chéng)集團(tuán)制動(dòng)技術(shù)公司“整合資源、精干主業(yè)、自主研發(fā)、系統(tǒng)集成”產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,同時(shí)也對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)群整合后的其它關(guān)聯(lián)企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)定位進(jìn)行探討分析。 在充分考慮當(dāng)前眾多不確定性因素可能對(duì)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略帶來(lái)的巨大影響,采取謹(jǐn)慎態(tài)度,按照戰(zhàn)略悖論理論加強(qiáng)對(duì)不確定性因素的管理,高度關(guān)注未來(lái)情況的變化,探討公司發(fā)展過(guò)程中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),實(shí)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范,對(duì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)管理。為保障發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的有效實(shí)施,確定了戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的基本原則、重點(diǎn)和推進(jìn)步驟,并制定了相應(yīng)的保障措施。 通過(guò)本文對(duì)株洲聯(lián)誠(chéng)集團(tuán)制動(dòng)技術(shù)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究,希望能夠?qū)γ駹I(yíng)資本進(jìn)軍軌道交通裝備制造行業(yè)提供借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of 21th century, with the deepening of reform and opening up, the Chinese railway market developed by leaps and bounds, the introduction of international advanced rail transit technology, the rapid realization of the transition from DC locomotives to AC locomotives, and the rapid development of high-speed cars. Through the introduction of re-digestion and innovation, China's rail transit has reached a world-class level. After the global financial crisis broke out, the Chinese government increased its investment in infrastructure, such as rail transit. The rail transit equipment industry continues to maintain a rapid growth rate, which brings a new round of development opportunities to the rail transit equipment enterprises. The China South car Group and the North car Group have developed rapidly, making major adjustments to the industrial structure and focusing on the development of the main industry. In this context, Zhuzhou Liancheng Group, with its own advantages, acquired or hosted four brake industry manufacturers in Tianxin region, and set up Zhuzhou Liancheng Group braking Technology Company. The domestic locomotive braking system companies have been temporarily occupied by international well-known enterprises because of their relatively backward technology, exchange locomotives and urban rail, and domestic brake system manufacturing enterprises have suffered a decline in the market share of the "roller coaster" type. At the same time, facing the huge pressure of technological upgrading and survival. In this paper, starting from the external environment, starting from the characteristics of the industry, combining with the characteristics of locomotive "market for technology", this paper analyzes the localization, digestion, absorption and future development trend of locomotive braking system. Then it analyzes the internal resource capacity of Zhuzhou Liancheng braking Technology Company, fully identifies the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise, and applies the SWOT analysis method, which is the most commonly used method of strategic management, according to the positioning and development plan of the enterprise. The product development strategy of Zhuzhou Liancheng Group braking Technology Co., Ltd. "integrating resources, lean main business, independent R & D, system integration" is determined. At the same time, the business orientation of other related enterprises after industrial cluster integration is discussed and analyzed. Considering the great influence of many uncertain factors on the company's development strategy, we should take a cautious approach, strengthen the management of uncertainty factors according to the theory of strategic paradox, and pay close attention to the change of future situation. In order to ensure the effective implementation of the development strategy, the basic principles, key points and promotion steps of the implementation of the strategy are determined, in order to discuss the risks in the course of the development of the company, carry out the risk prevention, and carry out the dynamic management of the development strategy. And has formulated the corresponding safeguard measure. Through the research on the development strategy of Zhuzhou Liancheng Group braking Technology Company, this paper hopes to provide a reference for the private capital to enter the railway transportation equipment manufacturing industry.
