北方重工企業(yè)文化與激勵(lì)機(jī)制建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:伴隨著信息時(shí)代的到來,國家加快了振興東北老工業(yè)基地,裝備制造業(yè)成了主要的經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱,北方重工作為東北裝備制造業(yè)面臨著多種多樣的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。在復(fù)雜多變的市場競爭中,裝備制造業(yè)如何加強(qiáng)企業(yè)文化與激勵(lì)機(jī)制的建設(shè)是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)做大做強(qiáng)的關(guān)鍵,也是企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展需認(rèn)真研究和解決的核心所在。 針對(duì)北方重工重組后的企業(yè)文化與激勵(lì)機(jī)制不合理的問題,成為北方重工時(shí)刻關(guān)注的重心。通過實(shí)際考核和調(diào)研得到一手資料,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)不同層次的員工進(jìn)行進(jìn)行市場問卷調(diào)查及深度訪談,通過資料和訪談總結(jié)其關(guān)鍵因素是在于重組后北方重工的企業(yè)文化與激勵(lì)保障機(jī)制不足,從而有針對(duì)性地提出相關(guān)對(duì)策和建議,具體內(nèi)容如下: 首先,在文獻(xiàn)綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,通過問卷調(diào)查和深度訪談對(duì)北方重工集團(tuán)有限公司現(xiàn)行的企業(yè)文化及人力資源管理綜合分析,從定性的角度深入分析了該公司企業(yè)文化、激勵(lì)等方面存在的問題。其次,在以上分析的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了以激勵(lì)為核心的北方重工企業(yè)文化及激勵(lì)等一系列的科學(xué)管理模式框架模型及框架圖,從該公司生命周期角度闡述了激勵(lì)機(jī)制的主要主要思路及具體做法,并從組織結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和考核機(jī)制兩方面討論了管理模式的保障機(jī)制。最后,為了保證該激勵(lì)模式的順利運(yùn)行,分別對(duì)企業(yè)高層管理者和企業(yè)員工個(gè)人提出了政策建議,從而達(dá)到提高該公司市場占有率、實(shí)現(xiàn)公司最終發(fā)展目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the information age, the state has accelerated the revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China, and the equipment manufacturing industry has become the main economic pillar. As the northeast equipment manufacturing industry, the North heavy Industry is faced with a variety of opportunities and challenges. In the complex and changeable market competition, how to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture and incentive mechanism is the key for modern enterprises to become bigger and stronger. It is also the core of enterprise survival and development that needs to be studied and solved. In view of the unreasonable enterprise culture and incentive mechanism after the reorganization of Northern heavy Industry, it has become the focus of attention of Northern heavy Industry at all times. On the basis of this, market questionnaire survey and in-depth interview are carried out to employees at different levels. The key factors are summarized through data and interviews. The key factors are the lack of corporate culture and incentive and security mechanism of the reorganized North heavy Industries. Thus the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, the specific contents are as follows:. Firstly, on the basis of literature review, through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview, this paper analyzes the current corporate culture and human resource management of Northern heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd., and analyzes the corporate culture of the company from a qualitative point of view. Secondly, on the basis of the above analysis, a series of scientific management model frame model and frame map are constructed, such as the enterprise culture and incentive in the north heavy industry, which is the core of incentive. This paper expounds the main ideas and concrete methods of the incentive mechanism from the perspective of the company's life cycle, and discusses the guarantee mechanism of the management mode from two aspects: the adjustment of the organizational structure and the assessment mechanism. Finally, in order to ensure the smooth operation of the incentive model, In order to increase the market share of the company and realize the ultimate development goal of the company, the policy suggestions are put forward to the senior managers and the individual employees of the enterprise respectively.
