【摘要】：近年來(lái),中國(guó)企業(yè)紛紛采取多元化戰(zhàn)略,期望實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提高,本文以淄博卓譽(yù)石油化工有限公司為例,分析石油化工貿(mào)易企業(yè)制定、實(shí)施多元化戰(zhàn)略的決策過(guò)程。本文從石油化工貿(mào)易企業(yè)本身的經(jīng)營(yíng)特點(diǎn)出發(fā),先對(duì)整個(gè)石油貿(mào)易化工行業(yè)進(jìn)行了發(fā)展環(huán)境和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的分析,然后分析了淄博卓譽(yù)石油化工有限公司之所以實(shí)施多元化戰(zhàn)略的原因,通過(guò)對(duì)其發(fā)展歷程、資源能力和的分析,提出了其實(shí)施多元化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的必然性。尤其是不相關(guān)多元化戰(zhàn)略的決策制定。最后,為了保障多元化戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施。對(duì)企業(yè)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、運(yùn)營(yíng)管理、人力資源管理、資金管理乃至風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的管理進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)而詳細(xì)的解析。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Chinese enterprises have adopted diversified strategies in order to improve their comprehensive competitiveness. This paper takes Zibo Zhuoxiao Petrochemical Co., Ltd as an example to analyze the establishment of petrochemical trade enterprises. Based on the management characteristics of petrochemical trade enterprises, this paper analyzes the development environment and competition of the whole petrochemical trade and chemical industry. Then it analyzes the reason why Zibo Zhuoyu Petrochemical Co., Ltd. implements diversification strategy, through the analysis of its development course, resource ability and ability. Finally, in order to ensure the implementation of diversification strategy, the author puts forward the inevitability of implementing diversified development strategy, especially the decision making of unrelated diversification strategy. Finally, in order to ensure the implementation of diversification strategy, the organizational structure, marketing, operation management and human resource management of enterprises are discussed. Capital management and even risk management have carried on the systematic and detailed analysis.
