【摘要】：近年來科技的不斷進(jìn)步、信息的不斷發(fā)展推動了經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的加劇,一體化的經(jīng)濟(jì)模式已成為必然的趨勢。在這樣的前提下,中國煤炭行業(yè)正面臨著來自國外市場既多變而又激烈的競爭,要想在如此競爭中脫穎而出,關(guān)鍵在于核心競爭力的提高,而效率正是企業(yè)核心競爭力的一種集中體現(xiàn)。因此,對中國煤炭企業(yè)進(jìn)行效率評價,有助于煤炭企業(yè)的經(jīng)營者及時估計(jì)自身在國內(nèi)外同行業(yè)中所處地位及與其他企業(yè)之間的差距,并能更有針對性地采取相應(yīng)措施從而改善經(jīng)營水平,優(yōu)化資源配置,推進(jìn)整個煤炭行業(yè)的穩(wěn)步發(fā)展。 從已往的一些研究中可以看出,應(yīng)用傳統(tǒng)的C2R模型與BC2模型對具有時間序列數(shù)據(jù)特征的煤炭企業(yè)進(jìn)行效率評價時,往往忽視了技術(shù)進(jìn)步對生產(chǎn)函數(shù)造成的影響。因此,本文選擇了基于面板數(shù)據(jù)的煤炭企業(yè)效率評價方法,就中國15家煤炭上市公司2004-2010年的綜合效率與純技術(shù)效率情況進(jìn)行了實(shí)證的分析。除此之外,本文提出了一種用于評價企業(yè)對行業(yè)效率貢獻(xiàn)的線性規(guī)劃模型,并應(yīng)用該模型分析了中國15家煤炭上市公司在2004-2010年的考核期內(nèi)對整個煤炭行業(yè)效率貢獻(xiàn)的狀況。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of science and technology and the continuous development of information, the economic globalization has been intensified, and the integrated economic model has become an inevitable trend. China's coal industry is facing changeable and fierce competition from foreign markets. In order to stand out in such competition, the key lies in the improvement of core competitiveness, and efficiency is a concentrated embodiment of enterprises' core competitiveness. Evaluating the efficiency of coal enterprises in China will help the operators of coal enterprises to estimate their position in the same industry at home and abroad and the gap between them and other enterprises in time. And can take the corresponding measures to improve the management level, optimize the allocation of resources and promote the steady development of the whole coal industry. It can be seen from some previous studies that the traditional C2R model and BC2 model are often used to evaluate the efficiency of coal enterprises with time series data characteristics, and the influence of technological progress on production function is often ignored. This paper chooses the efficiency evaluation method of coal enterprises based on panel data, and makes an empirical analysis of the comprehensive efficiency and pure technical efficiency of 15 coal listed companies in China from 2004 to 2010. This paper presents a linear programming model for evaluating the contribution of enterprises to industry efficiency, and applies the model to analyze the status of 15 coal listed companies' contribution to the efficiency of the whole coal industry during the appraisal period from 2004 to 2010.
