【摘要】:隨著中國經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)增長,近幾年中國石化及化纖行業(yè)有了長足的發(fā)展,中國已占據(jù)全球化纖市場的主導(dǎo)地位,中國也逐漸成為為化纖行業(yè)提供重要原料—對苯二甲酸(英文簡稱TPA)的生產(chǎn)和消費大國。近年來全球尤其是亞洲地區(qū)TPA市場進入產(chǎn)能投放的高峰期,而下游化纖、紡織行業(yè)由于全球經(jīng)濟的復(fù)蘇乏力導(dǎo)致需求不振,TPA行業(yè)競爭壓力逐漸增大。 SK集團是以石油化學(xué)、電子通訊、流通物流三大事業(yè)領(lǐng)域作為成長動力發(fā)展起來的韓國三大企業(yè)集團之一。1992年中韓建交后,SK集團在中國積極進行各項產(chǎn)業(yè)投資及事業(yè)交流,中國是其將來的重點目標(biāo)市場。 SK油化株式會社是SK集團旗下石油化學(xué)事業(yè)領(lǐng)域中重要的生產(chǎn)成員之一,主要生產(chǎn)化纖原料——差異化的EPTA和DMT,中國是其長期的重要的出口市場。SK油化作為眾多以中國為目標(biāo)市場的韓國TPA生產(chǎn)商之一,正面臨著中國國內(nèi)TPA的快速發(fā)展以及周邊國家和地區(qū)TPA擴容帶來的巨大挑戰(zhàn),如何在這一關(guān)鍵時期保持和鞏固競爭優(yōu)勢成為了一個現(xiàn)實而迫切的重要問題。 針對上述背景,本文在搜集大量資料的基礎(chǔ)上,從SK油化的外部和內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析入手,詳細分析了SK油化所處的TPA行業(yè)環(huán)境以及所擁有的內(nèi)部資源。運用波特五力分析模型和SWOT等分析工具,歸納總結(jié)SK油化公司發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機會和威脅,并提出企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的定位和構(gòu)建——以一體化為主的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。最后就戰(zhàn)略的執(zhí)行列舉出主要的實施舉措,以期能夠?qū)K油化在未來中國市場發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢,提升企業(yè)競爭力,實現(xiàn)持續(xù)發(fā)展有所幫助,也希望能對其他同行業(yè)企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略制訂起到一定的參考和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the continuous growth of China's economy, Sinopec and the chemical fiber industry have made great progress in recent years, and China has occupied a dominant position in the global chemical fiber market. China has also gradually become a major producer and consumer of terephthalic acid, an important raw material for the chemical fiber industry. In recent years, the global TPA market, especially in Asia, has entered the peak of production capacity, while the downstream chemical fiber, Textile industry due to the weak global economic recovery led to weak demand TPA industry gradually increased competitive pressure. SK Group is one of the three largest South Korean enterprise groups that has developed in the three major fields of petroleum chemistry, electronic communication, and circulation and logistics. After the establishment of diplomatic relations between South Korea in middle of 1992, the SK Group actively engaged in various industrial investment and career exchanges in China. China is its key target market in the future. SK Oil & Chemical Co., Ltd. is one of the important production members of SK Group in the field of petroleum chemistry. Mainly producing chemical fiber raw materials-differentiated EPTA and DMT.China is its long-term important export market. SK is one of the many Korean TPA producers whose target market is China. Facing the rapid development of China's domestic TPA and the huge challenge brought by the expansion of TPA in neighboring countries and regions, how to maintain and consolidate the competitive advantage in this critical period has become a realistic and urgent important issue. In view of the above background, this paper, on the basis of collecting a large amount of data, starts with the external and internal environment analysis of SK oil. The TPA industry environment and internal resources of SK Oil Company are analyzed in detail. Using Porter's five-force analysis model and SWOT analysis tools, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of SK Oil & Chemical Company's development are summarized. And put forward the orientation and construction of the enterprise development strategy-the development strategy based on integration. Finally, list the main implementation measures of the implementation of the strategy, in order to give full play to SK oil in the future Chinese market, enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise. It is helpful to realize the sustainable development, and it also hopes to provide some reference for the strategy formulation of other enterprises in the same industry.
