【摘要】：可行性研究是建設(shè)項目前期工作最主要的內(nèi)容之一，它為確定建設(shè)項目是否可行或選擇建設(shè)項目的最佳實施方案提供了科學(xué)依據(jù)，給項目的開工建設(shè)提供了科學(xué)參考。因此，，對建設(shè)項目進行可行性研究有利于加強項目決策的科學(xué)性，能夠避免建設(shè)項目的盲目投資和提高建設(shè)項目的投資收益。 本文主要目的在于利用項目管理理論，采用定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法對BR研發(fā)基地建設(shè)項目的可行性問題進行研究。在分析綜述國內(nèi)外研究文獻的基礎(chǔ)上，闡述了有關(guān)項目及項目可行性評價的相關(guān)理論，結(jié)合BR研發(fā)基地建設(shè)項目的工程概況、建設(shè)條件、電氣部分、設(shè)計方案和節(jié)能環(huán)保等具體情況，首先對該項目進行了經(jīng)濟效益分析和社會效益評價，結(jié)果表明該項目有良好的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益，從而認(rèn)為該項目具有技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟上的可行性。鑒于單純的經(jīng)濟評價和社會效益評價的局限性，本文進一步對BR研發(fā)基地建設(shè)項目進行了綜合評價，根據(jù)模糊綜合評價相關(guān)理論，本文建立了BR研發(fā)基地建設(shè)項目的模糊層次綜合評價模型，計算得到模糊綜合評價結(jié)果，結(jié)果表明該項目在技術(shù)經(jīng)濟上是可行的。本文為BR研發(fā)基地建設(shè)項目的實施提供了科學(xué)依據(jù)，表明該工程項目在技術(shù)經(jīng)濟上具有可行性。
[Abstract]:Feasibility study is one of the most important contents in the early stage of the construction project. It provides a scientific basis for determining the feasibility of the construction project or selecting the best implementation scheme of the construction project, and provides a scientific reference for the construction of the project. The feasibility study of the construction project is helpful to strengthen the scientific nature of the project decision, to avoid the blind investment of the construction project and to increase the investment income of the construction project. The main purpose of this paper is to study the feasibility of Br R & D base construction project by using the theory of project management and the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. This paper expounds the relevant theories of project and project feasibility evaluation, combined with the specific conditions of the project of Br R & D base construction project, construction conditions, electrical part, design scheme, energy saving and environmental protection, etc. Firstly, the economic benefits and social benefits of the project are analyzed and evaluated. The results show that the project has good economic and social benefits. In view of the limitation of simple economic evaluation and social benefit evaluation, this paper further evaluates the construction project of Br R & D base, and according to the relevant theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, In this paper, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of Br R & D base is established, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results are obtained. The results show that the project is technically and economically feasible. This paper provides a scientific basis for the implementation of the Br R & D base construction project, and shows that the project is technically and economically feasible.
