【摘要】：近年來，EPC模式憑借著能夠縮短工期、降低成本的優(yōu)勢，在國際大型石化項(xiàng)目中得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。從物流的角度來看，國際大型石化EPC項(xiàng)目通常涉及跨國物流作業(yè)，環(huán)節(jié)較多，并且由于國內(nèi)、國外公路和鐵路運(yùn)輸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及運(yùn)輸條件等存在差異，使得國際大型石化EPC項(xiàng)目的物流流程更為復(fù)雜；同時，跨國物流作業(yè)一般需要通關(guān)技術(shù)方案、保險投保、索賠等方面的保證和支持，這些都對國際大型石化EPC項(xiàng)目的物流供應(yīng)商提出了更高的要求，因此，研究國際大型石化EPC項(xiàng)目的物流供應(yīng)商選擇具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。 本文以國際大型石化EPC項(xiàng)目的物流供應(yīng)商選擇為研究對象，首先介紹了國際大型石化EPC項(xiàng)目以及物流供應(yīng)商選擇的相關(guān)理論，包括EPC項(xiàng)目的概念和EPC項(xiàng)目目前常用的運(yùn)作模式，物流供應(yīng)商選擇的概念以及特點(diǎn)；然后，文章第三部分從國際大型石化EPC項(xiàng)目的管理模式、項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)、物流需求特點(diǎn)等角度詳細(xì)分析了國際大型石化EPC項(xiàng)目的物流需求特征；第四部分以國際大型石化EPC項(xiàng)目物流供應(yīng)商選擇模型構(gòu)建為最終目標(biāo)，以項(xiàng)目物流需求特征為基礎(chǔ)，結(jié)合國際大型石化EPC項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)，，構(gòu)建了國際大型石化EPC項(xiàng)目物流供應(yīng)商選擇的評價指標(biāo)體系，包括企業(yè)實(shí)力、運(yùn)輸能力與技術(shù)水平、物流成本控制能力、服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、服務(wù)質(zhì)量與響應(yīng)能力以及風(fēng)險管控能力六個一級指標(biāo)，在此基礎(chǔ)上建立了基于層次分析法和TOPSIS法的物流供應(yīng)商選擇模型；第五部分結(jié)合哈薩克斯坦煉油廠芳烴項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況，運(yùn)用前文建立的國際大型石化EPC項(xiàng)目物流供應(yīng)商選擇模型，對該項(xiàng)目的備選物流供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行評價，最終根據(jù)評價結(jié)果選擇出該項(xiàng)目的最佳物流供應(yīng)商以及備選物流供應(yīng)商；文章最后一部分總結(jié)了本文研究所得的結(jié)論，并指出研究不足之處，最后提出本文今后深入研究的方向。 本文通過研究國際大型石化EPC項(xiàng)目的物流供應(yīng)商選擇，建立了物流供應(yīng)商選擇評價指標(biāo)體系及物流供應(yīng)商選擇模型，并將其應(yīng)用到哈薩克斯坦煉油廠芳徑項(xiàng)目，為項(xiàng)目的決策提供了一定的指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the EPC model has been widely used in international large-scale petrochemical projects by virtue of its advantages of shortening the time limit and reducing the cost. From the point of view of logistics, international large-scale petrochemical EPC projects usually involve transnational logistics operations, and there are many links. And because of the differences between domestic and foreign road and railway transport standards and transportation conditions, the logistics process of international large-scale petrochemical EPC projects is more complicated. At the same time, transnational logistics operations generally require customs clearance technical schemes, insurance, insurance, etc. The guarantee and support of claim all put forward higher requirements to the logistics suppliers of international large-scale petrochemical EPC projects. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the selection of logistics suppliers for international large-scale petrochemical EPC projects. In this paper, the logistics supplier selection of international large-scale petrochemical EPC project is taken as the research object. Firstly, the related theory of international large-scale petrochemical EPC project and logistics supplier selection is introduced. This paper includes the concept of EPC project, the common operation mode of EPC project, the concept and characteristics of logistics supplier selection, and then, the third part of the article from the international large-scale petrochemical EPC project management model, project characteristics, The characteristics of logistics demand of international large scale petrochemical EPC projects are analyzed in detail from the aspects of logistics demand characteristics. Part 4th is based on the logistics demand characteristics of international large scale petrochemical EPC projects, with the establishment of logistics supplier selection model of international large scale petrochemical EPC projects as the ultimate goal, and the characteristics of project logistics demand as the basis. According to the characteristics of international large scale petrochemical EPC project, the evaluation index system of logistics supplier selection for international large scale petrochemical EPC project is constructed, including enterprise strength, transportation ability and technical level, logistics cost control ability, service network, etc. On the basis of six first-level indexes of service quality, response ability and risk control ability, a logistics supplier selection model based on AHP and TOPSIS method is established. 5th part combines with the actual situation of aromatics project in Kazakstan Refinery. Using the model of logistics supplier selection of international large scale petrochemical EPC project, this paper evaluates the logistics supplier of the project, and finally selects the best logistics supplier and the alternative logistics supplier according to the evaluation results. In the last part of the paper, the conclusions of this paper are summarized, and the shortcomings of the research are pointed out. Finally, the direction of further research in this paper is put forward. In this paper, the evaluation index system of logistics supplier selection and the model of logistics supplier selection are established by studying the selection of logistics suppliers for international large scale petrochemical EPC projects, and are applied to the Fangjing Project of Kazakstan Refinery. It provides some guidance for project decision making.
