廣東晟業(yè)輕工品加工廠發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:迄今為止改革開放已過三十年,三十年來市場經(jīng)濟不斷滲入社會生活的方方面面,與此相伴,企業(yè)的生存環(huán)境也發(fā)生了巨大變化。三十年前,企業(yè)內(nèi)部環(huán)境穩(wěn)定而簡單,計劃經(jīng)濟的背景下,企業(yè)所面臨的競爭少之又少,F(xiàn)如今,大環(huán)境的變革使得監(jiān)獄企業(yè)的發(fā)展環(huán)境也隨之發(fā)生著變化。計劃經(jīng)濟時代,企業(yè)在國家“統(tǒng)購包銷”的政策下并無顯著差異,各個企業(yè)之間的成本和利潤幾乎相等。這一時期,監(jiān)獄企業(yè)憑借其與生俱來的人力成本等方面的優(yōu)勢獲得了良好的經(jīng)濟效益。進入市場經(jīng)濟之后,普通生產(chǎn)企業(yè)在利潤的驅(qū)使下不斷進行技術(shù)和管理的創(chuàng)新,獲得了前所未有的成功。然而,監(jiān)獄企業(yè)卻仍未實現(xiàn)內(nèi)部體制的改革,計劃經(jīng)濟仍是監(jiān)獄企業(yè)的運營管理制度。在內(nèi)外因素的共同作用下,監(jiān)獄企業(yè)被普通生產(chǎn)企業(yè)遠遠地拋在了后面,舉步維艱。 為了幫助監(jiān)獄企業(yè)擺脫困境,2003年司法部開始對監(jiān)獄企業(yè)展開體制改革,2008年在經(jīng)過兩批共十四個省市試點工作取得成功的基礎上,監(jiān)獄體制改革在全國范圍內(nèi)展開。與此同時,國家亦賦予監(jiān)獄企業(yè)政策上的優(yōu)惠,希望助其早日脫困。 體制改革和政策上的優(yōu)惠僅僅是監(jiān)獄企業(yè)實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的必要條件,而非充分條件。為了幫助監(jiān)獄企業(yè)尋找一條正確的發(fā)展路徑,已有越來越多的學者投入到監(jiān)獄經(jīng)濟的研究中來并取得一定的成果。但對以手工產(chǎn)品加工為主導生產(chǎn)方向的小型監(jiān)獄企業(yè)的研究還相對較少。鑒于此,本文從戰(zhàn)略管理的角度以廣東晟業(yè)輕工品加工廠為研究對象,運用PEST模型、“五力”模型及SWOT模型等戰(zhàn)略管理模型分析該工廠所面臨的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境,找到該工廠所具有的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,并以此為依據(jù)提出該工廠的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及戰(zhàn)略實施的具體措施。
[Abstract]:It has been 30 years since the reform and opening up to the outside world, and the market economy has continuously penetrated into all aspects of social life in the past 30 years. With this, the living environment of enterprises has also undergone tremendous changes. Thirty years ago, the internal environment of enterprises was stable and simple. Under the background of planned economy, the competition faced by enterprises is very few. Nowadays, the development environment of prison enterprises is changing with the change of environment. There is no significant difference between enterprises under the national policy of "buying and selling exclusively", and the costs and profits of each enterprise are almost equal. Prison enterprises have gained good economic benefits by virtue of their inherent advantages in human costs. After entering the market economy, ordinary production enterprises are constantly carrying out technological and management innovations driven by profits. However, the reform of the internal system of the prison enterprises has not been realized. The planned economy is still the operation management system of the prison enterprises. Prison enterprises by ordinary production enterprises far behind, difficult. In 2003, in order to help prison enterprises get rid of difficulties, the Ministry of Justice began to reform the system of prison enterprises. On 2008, on the basis of the success of two batches of 14 provincial and municipal pilot projects, the reform of the prison system was carried out throughout the country. The state also gives preferential policies to prison enterprises, hoping to help them get out of trouble as soon as possible. Institutional reform and preferential policies are only necessary, not sufficient, conditions for the sustainable development of prison enterprises. More and more scholars have been involved in the study of prison economy and have achieved some results. However, there are relatively few researches on small prison enterprises whose production direction is dominated by manual product processing. In view of this, From the angle of strategic management, this paper analyzes the external and internal environment of Guangdong Shengye Light Industry processing Plant by using the strategic management models such as PEST model, "five forces" model and SWOT model. To find out the advantages and disadvantages of the factory, and put forward the development strategy of the factory and the concrete measures to implement the strategy.
