基于SD的船舶敏捷制造項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái)我國(guó)船舶制造業(yè)取得了長(zhǎng)足進(jìn)步,但造船管理水平低一直以來(lái)制約其進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,而敏捷造船又對(duì)我國(guó)船舶制造業(yè)的管理水平提出了更高的要求,因此,,如何提高船舶敏捷制造項(xiàng)目管理水平就顯得尤為重要。進(jìn)度管理是船舶制造項(xiàng)目管理中最重要的內(nèi)容之一,本文針對(duì)我國(guó)船舶敏捷制造項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理落后的現(xiàn)狀,分析傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理方法在船舶敏捷制造項(xiàng)目管理中的不足,提出利用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)來(lái)研究船舶敏捷制造項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理。 通過(guò)介紹系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的基本原理與船舶敏捷制造項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),得出利用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)研究我國(guó)船舶敏捷制造項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的可行性與優(yōu)越性。詳細(xì)分析了現(xiàn)代船舶敏捷制造項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理過(guò)程,界定了影響船舶制造進(jìn)度的主要因素,利用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)分析了各因素之間的相互影響關(guān)系及其組成的多條反饋回路,得到了船舶敏捷制造項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理系統(tǒng)的因果回路圖,在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步挖掘系統(tǒng)變量,確定各變量之間的數(shù)量關(guān)系,最終建立了我國(guó)船舶敏捷制造項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型。 為了提高模型的實(shí)用性,滿足船舶制造過(guò)程中制造任務(wù)之間的前后邏輯關(guān)系及各種資源約束,本文借鑒關(guān)鍵鏈的思想,提出了一種船舶生產(chǎn)任務(wù)排序的啟發(fā)式算法,并通過(guò)相關(guān)變量將其融入到系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型中,通過(guò)算例分析,證明關(guān)鍵鏈思想的引入可以使模型更符合實(shí)際。 最后,論文基于一個(gè)實(shí)際的船舶制造項(xiàng)目,利用Vensim仿真軟件對(duì)所建立的系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型進(jìn)行了相關(guān)模擬仿真。首先通過(guò)與關(guān)鍵路徑法的對(duì)比,證明模型在船舶敏捷制造項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的制定方面更準(zhǔn)確,然后通過(guò)各種進(jìn)度控制策略的仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),證明模型可以向船舶敏捷制造項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理者提供各種有效的進(jìn)度控制策略信息,幫助其快速而準(zhǔn)確地制定合理而有效的進(jìn)度控制措施,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)船舶敏捷制造項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的動(dòng)態(tài)控制,這對(duì)我國(guó)船舶敏捷制造項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理水平的提升有一定幫助。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's shipbuilding industry has made great progress, but the low level of shipbuilding management has been restricting its further development, and agile shipbuilding has put forward higher requirements for the management level of our shipbuilding industry. How to improve the management level of ship agile manufacturing project is particularly important. Schedule management is one of the most important contents in ship manufacturing project management. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of traditional project schedule management methods in ship agile manufacturing project management, and proposes to use system dynamics to study ship agile manufacturing project schedule management. This paper introduces the basic principles of system dynamics and the characteristics of ship agile manufacturing project. The feasibility and superiority of using system dynamics to study the schedule management of ship agile manufacturing project in China are obtained. The progress management process of modern ship agile manufacturing project is analyzed in detail, and the main factors influencing the progress of ship manufacturing are defined. Based on the system dynamics analysis of the interaction between various factors and the composition of multiple feedback loops, the causality loop diagram of the ship agile manufacturing project schedule management system is obtained, and the system variables are further excavated. Finally, the system dynamics model of schedule management of ship agile manufacturing project in China is established. In order to improve the practicability of the model and to satisfy the logical relationship between manufacturing tasks and various resource constraints in the shipbuilding process, a heuristic algorithm for scheduling ship production tasks is proposed in this paper, using the idea of key chain for reference. The model is integrated into the system dynamics model by the related variables, and it is proved by the example analysis that the introduction of the key chain can make the model more practical. Finally, based on an actual ship manufacturing project, the system dynamics model is simulated by using Vensim software. Firstly, it is compared with the critical path method. It is proved that the model is more accurate in making the schedule of the ship agile manufacturing project, and then the simulation experiment of various schedule control strategies is carried out. It is proved that the model can provide all kinds of effective schedule control strategy information to ship agile manufacturing project schedule managers and help them to formulate reasonable and effective schedule control measures quickly and accurately. The dynamic control of the progress of ship agile manufacturing project is realized, which is helpful to improve the management level of ship agile manufacturing project in our country.
