【摘要】：企業(yè)欲在激烈地競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境中處于不敗之地,就必須向客戶(hù)提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品、良好的服務(wù)來(lái)滿足個(gè)性化需求,而產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量取決于原料質(zhì)量和其內(nèi)部的質(zhì)量管理水平。采購(gòu)部門(mén)擔(dān)負(fù)著把控采購(gòu)原料質(zhì)量好壞的責(zé)任,既要滿足生產(chǎn)的需求,也要平衡采購(gòu)中五個(gè)要素(質(zhì)量、價(jià)格、數(shù)量、到貨時(shí)間和地點(diǎn))。當(dāng)前,高效敏捷地采購(gòu)已成為制造型企業(yè)提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的關(guān)鍵,也是企業(yè)創(chuàng)造利潤(rùn)的重要渠道。加強(qiáng)采購(gòu)管理的職能,提升采購(gòu)管理水平,對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展具有一定的戰(zhàn)略意義。 在制漿造紙企業(yè)中,采購(gòu)成本占總成本的70%左右。由此可見(jiàn)采購(gòu)是整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈管理中重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),對(duì)企業(yè)降低成本起著至關(guān)重要的作用。 首先,本文陳述了AS公司的采購(gòu)管理和供應(yīng)商管理的現(xiàn)狀,并發(fā)現(xiàn)了采購(gòu)管理和供應(yīng)商管理存在的問(wèn)題,為尋找解決方案奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 其次,從制漿行業(yè)采購(gòu)管理實(shí)際出發(fā),分析了該行業(yè)的采購(gòu)管理及供應(yīng)商管理存在的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合企業(yè)發(fā)展需要,尋求科學(xué)有效的解決方案。通過(guò)對(duì)采購(gòu)流程的改善,加強(qiáng)了采購(gòu)管理的職能,細(xì)化了招標(biāo)/詢(xún)價(jià)、議價(jià)的要求,并在采購(gòu)流程的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)做了詳細(xì)的規(guī)定,使采購(gòu)過(guò)程更加透明化。同時(shí)也建立了供應(yīng)商管理體系,對(duì)供應(yīng)商的準(zhǔn)入和供應(yīng)商績(jī)效考核都做了深入的探討。
[Abstract]:In order to be in an invincible position in a competitive environment, enterprises must provide customers with high quality products and good services to meet their individual needs. The quality of the product depends on the quality of the raw material and its internal quality management level. The purchasing department is responsible for controlling the quality of the raw material. It is necessary to meet the needs of production and to balance the five elements (quality, price, quantity) in the procurement. At present, efficient and agile purchasing has become the key to enhance the competitive advantage of manufacturing enterprises, and is also an important channel for enterprises to create profits. Has certain strategic significance to the enterprise development. In pulping and papermaking enterprises, purchasing cost accounts for about 70% of the total cost, which shows that procurement is an important link in the whole supply chain management and plays a vital role in reducing the cost of enterprises. Firstly, this paper describes the current situation of as's purchasing management and supplier management, and finds the problems in purchasing management and supplier management, which lays a foundation for finding solutions. Secondly, starting from the actual purchasing management of pulping industry, this paper analyzes the problems existing in purchasing management and supplier management in this industry, combining with the needs of enterprise development, seeking scientific and effective solutions. Strengthened the function of procurement management, refined bidding / inquiry, bargaining requirements, and made detailed provisions at key points in the procurement process to make the procurement process more transparent. At the same time, the supplier management system was established. The access of suppliers and supplier performance evaluation are discussed in depth.
