【摘要】：油田實(shí)施數(shù)字化項(xiàng)目是中國石油集團(tuán)公司對(duì)信息化建設(shè)的總體需求，數(shù)字化油田管理模式打破了傳統(tǒng)思維定勢(shì)，降低了員工勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，，節(jié)約了生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行成本，在整個(gè)油田管理中有著至關(guān)重要的地位。長慶油田自2008年起歷時(shí)五年對(duì)全油田進(jìn)行了數(shù)字化項(xiàng)目升級(jí)改造，目前油田已實(shí)現(xiàn)從井場(chǎng)—站點(diǎn)—作業(yè)區(qū)—廠級(jí)全過程監(jiān)控管理。 本文針對(duì)長慶陜北綏靖油田數(shù)字化項(xiàng)目積極探索數(shù)字化項(xiàng)目管理運(yùn)維模式，形成一套較為完整的數(shù)字化項(xiàng)目管理架構(gòu)體系，結(jié)合采油廠實(shí)際情況利用項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)理論和方法創(chuàng)新性提出采油廠數(shù)字化項(xiàng)目嵌入式運(yùn)行管理模式。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容分四大部分，第一部分：綜述油田數(shù)字化項(xiàng)目理論、數(shù)字化管理模式，分析國內(nèi)外油田數(shù)字化項(xiàng)目管理的現(xiàn)狀。第二部分：以長慶油田為例分析原有數(shù)字化管理模式在管理方法、管理流程、節(jié)點(diǎn)控制等方面存在的問題，提出數(shù)字化項(xiàng)目嵌入式運(yùn)行管理模式。第三部分：基于數(shù)字化項(xiàng)目生產(chǎn)指揮系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)支持，構(gòu)建采油廠數(shù)字化項(xiàng)目嵌入式系統(tǒng)，編制項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行管理方案，對(duì)比分析實(shí)施嵌入式項(xiàng)目管理模式的變化，實(shí)現(xiàn)了直觀的模塊化項(xiàng)目管理模式。第四部分：從制度層面、組織結(jié)構(gòu)和職能的改進(jìn)、人員配置和工作流程改進(jìn)等方面分析嵌入式運(yùn)行管理模式的實(shí)施對(duì)策，得出研究結(jié)論。 本文以長慶油田采油廠為例探討嵌入式運(yùn)行管理模式，通過創(chuàng)新管理模式，提升采油工藝過程的監(jiān)控水平、提升生產(chǎn)過程管理智能化水平，達(dá)到強(qiáng)化安全、過程監(jiān)控、節(jié)約（人力）資源和提高效益的目標(biāo)，取得良好的效果，能夠更好的為企業(yè)管理服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:The implementation of digitization project in oilfields is the overall demand of China National Petroleum Corporation for information construction. The management mode of digitized oilfields breaks the traditional thinking pattern, reduces the labor intensity of employees, and saves the production operation cost. Changqing oilfield has been upgraded for five years since 2008, and the whole process of monitoring and management has been realized from well field, station, operation area to factory level. Aiming at the digitization project of North Shaanxi appeasement Oil Field in Changqing, this paper actively explores the operation and maintenance mode of digital project management, and forms a set of relatively complete digital project management framework system. According to the actual situation of oil production plant, the embedded operation management mode of digitized project in oil production plant is innovatively put forward by using the relevant theories and methods of project management. The main research content of this paper is divided into four parts. The first part: summarizes the theory of oil field digitization project, the digitized management mode, analyzes the domestic and foreign oil field digitization project management present situation. Part two: taking Changqing oilfield as an example, analyzes the original digitized management mode in the management method, the management flow, The third part: based on the dynamic data support of the production command system of digital project, the embedded system of digital project in oil production plant is constructed. The project operation management scheme is compiled, and the change of the embedded project management mode is compared and analyzed. The project management mode of modularization is realized intuitively. Part 4th: from the system level, the improvement of organization structure and function, The implementation countermeasures of embedded operation management mode are analyzed in the aspects of staffing and workflow improvement, and the research conclusions are obtained. This paper takes Changqing oil production plant as an example to discuss the embedded operation management mode. By innovating the management mode, the monitoring level of oil production process can be improved, the intelligent level of production process management can be improved, and the safety and process monitoring can be enhanced. Save (manpower) resources and improve the efficiency of the goal, achieve good results, can better serve for the enterprise management.
