【摘要】:近年來(lái),低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)逐漸興起,風(fēng)電作為我國(guó)發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的最佳新能源正受到越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注。由于集群可以降低產(chǎn)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、加快創(chuàng)新、降低成本、吸引顧客和投資,而風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)具有高技術(shù)、高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、高科技、高投入、地理集中性等特點(diǎn),這使得集群化逐漸成為了風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在要求。目前,風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)集群已得到多個(gè)省市的大力發(fā)展,其巨大的市場(chǎng)前景和迅猛的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭倍受各方青睞。低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)為風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)集群帶來(lái)了巨大的發(fā)展空間,對(duì)風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行科學(xué)、全面的評(píng)價(jià),將有助于風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)集群在低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下更快更好地發(fā)展,因此具有一定的理論意義和實(shí)際意義。 本文主要對(duì)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)下風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行研究。首先,介紹低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)和風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的相關(guān)理論,明確兩者之間的聯(lián)系。其次,借助GEM模型,結(jié)合風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力自身的特點(diǎn),對(duì)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)下風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的各個(gè)影響因素進(jìn)行分析,在分析框架的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)下風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,利用定性的網(wǎng)絡(luò)層次分析法和定量的熵值法相結(jié)合的方法確定權(quán)重,,并利用模糊物元法進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),構(gòu)建完整的評(píng)價(jià)體系。最后,將其應(yīng)用到具體實(shí)例中,并對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,驗(yàn)證評(píng)價(jià)模型的有效性和可操作性,為進(jìn)一步提高低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)下風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, low carbon economy is rising gradually, wind power as the best new energy to develop low carbon economy in our country is getting more and more attention. Because cluster can reduce industrial risk, accelerate innovation, reduce cost, attract customers and investment. The wind power industry has the characteristics of high technology, high risk, high technology, high investment and geographical centralization, which makes cluster gradually become the inherent requirement of wind power industry development. At present, wind power industry cluster has been vigorously developed by many provinces and cities. Its huge market prospect and rapid development momentum are favored by all parties. Low-carbon economy has brought huge development space for wind power industry cluster, the competitiveness of wind power industry cluster is evaluated scientifically and comprehensively. It will be helpful for wind power industry cluster to develop faster and better under the background of low carbon economy, so it has certain theoretical and practical significance. This paper mainly studies the competitiveness evaluation of wind power cluster in low carbon economy. Firstly, it introduces the relevant theories of low carbon economy and wind power cluster competitiveness, and clarifies the relationship between them. Secondly, with the help of GEM model, According to the characteristics of wind power industry cluster competitiveness, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of wind power industry cluster competitiveness under low carbon economy, and constructs the evaluation index system of wind power industry cluster competitiveness under low carbon economy on the basis of the analysis framework. The weights are determined by the combination of qualitative network analytic hierarchy process and quantitative entropy method, and the fuzzy matter-element method is used to evaluate the whole evaluation system. Finally, it is applied to concrete examples. The evaluation results are analyzed to verify the effectiveness and maneuverability of the evaluation model, which provides a certain reference for further improving the competitiveness of wind power industry clusters in low carbon economy.
