【摘要】:加入WTO后,中國(guó)煙草行業(yè)已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)半開(kāi)放的市場(chǎng),國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和國(guó)內(nèi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)更加激烈。企業(yè)文化建設(shè)成為影響煙草企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的重要方面。2006年11月,湖南中煙公司與下屬長(zhǎng)沙卷煙廠、常德卷煙廠聯(lián)合重組,更名改制為湖南中煙工業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司。如何實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī)模擴(kuò)張后的持續(xù)健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,企業(yè)文化建設(shè)是重要的戰(zhàn)略舉措。只有通過(guò)文化建設(shè),真正實(shí)現(xiàn)管理融合、人心融合、思想融合,才能使湖南中煙公司的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力得到實(shí)質(zhì)性提升。 本文以合并重組后的湖南中煙公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題為背景,用規(guī)范分析與實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)湖南中煙公司文化建設(shè)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施進(jìn)行分析研究。論文首先回顧了湖南中煙公司的歷史,,分析了湖南中煙公司整合以前各下屬工廠的文化建設(shè)情況。分析了湖南中煙公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)仍然面臨各下屬企業(yè)員工對(duì)企業(yè)文化的作用與內(nèi)涵及價(jià)值體系等認(rèn)知仍存在較大差異、企業(yè)文化與公司戰(zhàn)略及價(jià)值判別標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等有關(guān)方面的結(jié)合不緊密、文化建設(shè)的力度與公司對(duì)文化發(fā)展的需求不匹配等問(wèn)題。因此,在進(jìn)一步分析研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了進(jìn)一步整合和提升湖南中煙公司企業(yè)文化的步驟和措施:首先,在公司發(fā)展目標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上確定其企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的目標(biāo);其次,從內(nèi)容的角度構(gòu)建湖南中煙公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的具體方案;最后,為確保公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)方案的實(shí)施,從計(jì)劃和過(guò)程控制入手,先從人才、體系、制度方面做好計(jì)劃和準(zhǔn)備,然后,在過(guò)程控制對(duì)體系運(yùn)行、宣貫、子文化建設(shè)、評(píng)價(jià)、控制、問(wèn)題解決等環(huán)節(jié)做好相關(guān)工作。 本文力圖通過(guò)對(duì)湖南中煙公司從組合、整合、磨合到融合的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)過(guò)程的觀察學(xué)習(xí),研究尋找企業(yè)文化建設(shè)方面的方法和規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:After joining WTO, Chinese tobacco industry has become the 1.5 open market, international competition and domestic competition is more intense. The enterprise culture construction has become an important aspect of.2006 tobacco enterprise survival and development of the year November, Hunan tobacco company and subsidiary Changsha cigarette factory, Changde cigarette factory joint restructuring, changed its name for the restructuring of Hunan Tobacco Industry Co. company. How to achieve sustained healthy and stable development of the expansion of the scale of the enterprise culture construction is an important strategic measure. Only through the cultural construction, realize the management's fusion, fusion, fusion of thoughts, in order to make the core competitiveness of the Hunan tobacco company has been substantially upgraded.
In the enterprise culture construction process based on the tobacco company after the merger and reorganization of the Hunan issue in the background, combined with the method of normative analysis and empirical research, analysis and Research on the planning and design of Hunan tobacco company culture construction and implementation. This paper firstly reviews the history of the Hunan tobacco company, analyzes the cultural construction Hunan tobacco company integrated before the subordinate factory. Analysis of the enterprise culture construction of Hunan tobacco company is still facing the subordinate employees on the role of enterprise culture and the connotation and value system, there are still large differences in cognition, corporate culture and corporate strategy and combined with the relevant standard of value judgment is not close, culture construction the intensity and the company of cultural development does not match the needs of other issues. Therefore, on the basis of further analysis and research, put forward the further integration and promotion of tobacco in Hunan The steps and measures of corporate culture: first, based on the company's development goals on the goal of enterprise culture construction; secondly, construction of the concrete construction scheme of tobacco company corporate culture in Hunan from the angle of content; finally, to ensure the implementation of the program of the corporate culture construction, starting from the control plan and process, from the first personnel, system, system plan and prepare, then, in the process control system, operation of publicizing, sub cultural construction, evaluation, control, problem solving and other aspects of the related work.
This paper tries to find ways and rules of corporate culture construction through studying and observing the learning process of Hunan tobacco company from the combination, integration and integration to the corporate culture construction process.
