【摘要】：作為中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的汽車(chē)制造大省,吉林省積極的投入到了新能源汽車(chē)的研發(fā)和產(chǎn)業(yè)化勢(shì)頭當(dāng)中。吉林省在新能源汽車(chē)的市場(chǎng)基礎(chǔ)、資源優(yōu)勢(shì)和技術(shù)儲(chǔ)備等方面均具備一定的實(shí)力,擁有發(fā)展新能源汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)的比較優(yōu)勢(shì)。本文結(jié)合吉林省實(shí)際情況,對(duì)吉林省各類新能源汽車(chē)的經(jīng)濟(jì)性進(jìn)行了比較分析,并探討了如何充分利用吉林省的技術(shù)、市場(chǎng)、政策等方面優(yōu)勢(shì)發(fā)展新能源汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè),實(shí)現(xiàn)吉林省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng),具體研究?jī)?nèi)容如下： 第一,綜合性的闡述本文的研究背景、研究意義、研究方法、結(jié)構(gòu)思路、創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)及不足； 第二,從不同層面和視角對(duì)新能源汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)及相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定,并在對(duì)新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行了分類的同時(shí)列舉了各類新能源汽車(chē)的優(yōu)勢(shì)及劣勢(shì),并簡(jiǎn)要概括了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)該領(lǐng)域的研究情況； 第三,歸納總結(jié)新能源汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的國(guó)際環(huán)境和國(guó)內(nèi)環(huán)境,并從市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀、技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施現(xiàn)狀、集群發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、政策環(huán)境五個(gè)角度分析了吉林省新能源汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況； 第四,建立新能源汽車(chē)經(jīng)濟(jì)性評(píng)價(jià)體系,對(duì)混合動(dòng)力性汽車(chē)、純電動(dòng)汽車(chē)、燃料電池汽車(chē)三類新能源汽車(chē)進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)性對(duì)比分析。此外,以混合動(dòng)力汽車(chē)為例,建立評(píng)價(jià)模型,計(jì)算吉林省混合動(dòng)力汽車(chē)的規(guī)模收益。 第五,在以上四部分分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出適宜吉林省新能源汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的政策建議：包括制定高節(jié)能要求,構(gòu)造產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展需求環(huán)境和合理的政策支持體系,重視產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和品牌建設(shè),積極參與國(guó)際合作等。
[Abstract]:As a traditional province of automobile manufacturing in China, Jilin Province has actively invested in the development and industrialization of new energy vehicles. Jilin Province has certain strength in the market basis, resource advantages and technical reserves of new energy vehicles. It has the comparative advantage to develop the new energy automobile industry. This paper compares and analyzes the economy of all kinds of new energy vehicles in Jilin Province, and discusses how to make full use of the technology and market of Jilin Province. Policies and other aspects of the development of new energy automotive industry, to achieve industrial structure upgrading and economic growth in Jilin Province, the specific contents of the study are as follows:. First, the comprehensive elaboration this article research background, the research significance, the research method, the structure thought, the innovation point and the insufficiency; Secondly, it defines the new energy automobile industry and its related concepts from different levels and perspectives, and enumerates the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of new energy vehicles while classifying the new energy industry. And briefly summarized the domestic and foreign scholars on the field of research; Third, summarize the international and domestic environment of the development of new energy automobile industry, and summarize the current situation of market, technology, infrastructure, cluster development. The development of new energy automobile industry in Jilin Province is analyzed from five angles of policy environment. In 4th, a new energy vehicle economic evaluation system was set up to compare and analyze the economy of hybrid electric vehicle, pure electric vehicle and fuel cell vehicle. In addition, taking hybrid electric vehicle as an example, the evaluation model was established. The scale income of hybrid electric vehicle in Jilin province is calculated. In 5th, on the basis of the above four parts' analysis, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions suitable for the development of new energy automobile industry in Jilin province, including the formulation of high energy saving requirements, the construction of an industrial development demand environment and a reasonable policy support system. Attach importance to product design and brand building, actively participate in international cooperation.
