云南煙草企業(yè)EAP需求研究及實(shí)施設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:員工的身心健康不僅與個(gè)人的工作績(jī)效息息相關(guān),更與企業(yè)的效益密不可分,員工的心理問題逐漸引起國內(nèi)外企業(yè)的關(guān)注。員工援助計(jì)劃(EAP)作為解決這一問題的重要途徑,近年來成為國內(nèi)許多學(xué)者的研究對(duì)象,甚至有些企業(yè)已經(jīng)實(shí)施EAP項(xiàng)目,并取得了顯著成效。 本文通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行查閱,在對(duì)研究理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行深入總結(jié)和歸納的基礎(chǔ)上,,從企業(yè)和員工兩個(gè)角度對(duì)企業(yè)實(shí)施EAP的相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行分析。首先,本文從企業(yè)需要和員工需要兩個(gè)層面闡述了在云南煙草企業(yè)實(shí)施EAP的必要性;從企業(yè)的行業(yè)背景和規(guī)模、實(shí)力的角度分析了在云南煙草企業(yè)實(shí)施EAP的可行性。其次,本文對(duì)云南煙草企業(yè)員工EAP需求狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,在紅塔集團(tuán)下屬昆明、大理等卷煙廠發(fā)放問卷共320份,其中有效問卷298份,得到一手資料,并且運(yùn)用SPSS16.0對(duì)問卷數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、單因素方差分析、相關(guān)性分析得出以下結(jié)論: 1、員工對(duì)EAP項(xiàng)目的需求程度有所不同; 2、員工的個(gè)人基本特征對(duì)員工EAP需求有相關(guān)關(guān)系; 3、員工的工作感受對(duì)員工EAP需求有相關(guān)關(guān)系; 4、員工對(duì)EAP的認(rèn)知程度對(duì)員工EAP需求有相關(guān)關(guān)系。 最后,本文在對(duì)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析和調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上,參考國內(nèi)外知名企業(yè)的EAP實(shí)施方案,從EAP的實(shí)施原則、指導(dǎo)思想、總體規(guī)劃、準(zhǔn)備工作、實(shí)施流程等方面構(gòu)建了云南煙草企業(yè)的EAP實(shí)施方案。
[Abstract]:The physical and mental health of employees is not only closely related to individual performance, but also closely related to the benefits of enterprises. The psychological problems of employees are gradually attracting the attention of enterprises both at home and abroad. The employee Assistance Program (EAPP) is an important way to solve this problem. In recent years, it has become the research object of many domestic scholars, and even some enterprises have implemented EAP project, and achieved remarkable results. Based on the deep summary and induction of the theoretical basis of the research, this paper analyzes the factors related to the implementation of EAP in enterprises from the two angles of enterprises and employees. This paper expounds the necessity of implementing EAP in Yunnan tobacco enterprises from two aspects of enterprise needs and employee needs, analyzes the feasibility of implementing EAP in Yunnan tobacco enterprises from the angle of industry background, scale and strength of enterprises. In this paper, the EAP demand of tobacco employees in Yunnan tobacco enterprises was investigated. A total of 320 questionnaires were sent out in Kunming, Dali and other cigarette factories of Hongta Group, of which 298 valid questionnaires were obtained. And using SPSS16.0 to analyze the questionnaire data, single factor variance analysis and correlation analysis, the following conclusions are drawn:. 1. The degree of demand for EAP project is different; 2. The personal basic characteristics of employees are related to the EAP needs of employees; 3. The work experience of employees is related to the EAP needs of employees; 4. The degree of cognition to EAP is related to EAP demand. Finally, based on the analysis and investigation of the literature, this paper refers to the EAP implementation plan of well-known enterprises at home and abroad, from the implementation principles of EAP, guiding ideology, overall planning, preparation work, The implementation process and other aspects of Yunnan tobacco enterprises to build the implementation of EAP program.
