歐債危機(jī)對(duì)我國(guó)紡織服裝品出口貿(mào)易的影響研究

【摘要】:自2009年10月起,希臘主權(quán)債務(wù)危機(jī)拉開序幕,,隨后葡萄牙、意大利、愛爾蘭和西班牙四國(guó)相繼陷入主權(quán)債務(wù)危機(jī)并向歐盟各國(guó)蔓延。歐債危機(jī)的爆發(fā)導(dǎo)致世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增速放緩,我國(guó)作為出口貿(mào)易大國(guó)出口產(chǎn)品以勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)品為主,在此次危機(jī)中面臨著出口大幅度減少的局面。紡織服裝品從生產(chǎn)、加工,到產(chǎn)品出口都需要大量的勞動(dòng)力,是典型的勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè),在此次危機(jī)中受到的影響十分巨大。 首先本文介紹了歐債危機(jī)的特點(diǎn),然后以浙江中大紡織品公司為例,闡述了歐債危機(jī)下中大紡織品公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及其紡織服裝品出口面臨的問題,以數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)分析了我國(guó)紡織服裝出口概況及其對(duì)歐盟出口概況。隨后從價(jià)格、收入、貿(mào)易保護(hù)三個(gè)方面分析了歐債危機(jī)對(duì)我國(guó)紡織服裝品出口貿(mào)易的傳導(dǎo)路徑及其效應(yīng)的表現(xiàn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上指出歐債危機(jī)下我國(guó)紡織服裝出口面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。通過分析發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)紡織服裝品出口面臨著內(nèi)部利潤(rùn)壓縮和外部出口壓力增大的雙重挑戰(zhàn)。我國(guó)人口老齡化加速導(dǎo)致該類產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)成本上漲,而人民幣的被動(dòng)升值使企業(yè)面臨更大的匯率風(fēng)險(xiǎn),企業(yè)的內(nèi)部利潤(rùn)壓縮。在歐債危機(jī)的影響下國(guó)際市場(chǎng)需求大幅下降,發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家為了保護(hù)本國(guó)企業(yè)導(dǎo)致貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義重新抬頭,我國(guó)紡織服裝品的出口面臨著巨大外部壓力。 本文針對(duì)制約我國(guó)紡織服裝行業(yè)出口的因素提出了幾點(diǎn)建議。擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需,降低紡織服裝對(duì)外的依賴程度;企業(yè)推行“品牌戰(zhàn)略”,走創(chuàng)新之路,創(chuàng)立具有國(guó)際影響力的自主品牌以增強(qiáng)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力;運(yùn)用金融工具合理規(guī)避人民幣被迫升值帶來的匯率風(fēng)險(xiǎn);面對(duì)日益加劇的貿(mào)易摩擦企業(yè)應(yīng)與政府密切配合,積極應(yīng)對(duì);除此之外還應(yīng)當(dāng)大力實(shí)施“走出去”戰(zhàn)略,開拓新的市場(chǎng)從而規(guī)避貿(mào)易壁壘,增加出口。
[Abstract]:Since October 2009, Greece's sovereign debt crisis has kicked off, and Portugal, Italy, Ireland and Spain have plunged into a sovereign debt crisis that has spread to the European Union. The outbreak of the European debt crisis has slowed world economic growth. As a large export trade country, our export products are mainly labor-intensive products. In this crisis, China is faced with a situation in which exports are greatly reduced. Textile and clothing products require a large amount of labor from production, processing, and product export. Is a typical labor-intensive industry, the impact of the crisis is very large. This paper first introduces the characteristics of European debt crisis, and then takes Zhejiang Zhongda Textile Company as an example, expounds the current situation of the development of Zhongda Textile Company under the European debt crisis and the problems facing the export of textile and clothing products. Based on the data, this paper analyzes the general situation of textile and clothing export and its export to the European Union. This paper analyzes the transmission path and effect of European debt crisis on China's textile and garment export trade in three aspects of trade protection, and points out the challenges that China's textile and clothing export is facing under the European debt crisis. It is found that the export of textile and clothing products in China is faced with the double challenges of internal profit compression and increasing external export pressure. The accelerated aging of the population in China leads to the increase of production costs of this kind of products. But the passive appreciation of the RMB makes enterprises face greater exchange rate risks, and their internal profits are compressed. Under the influence of the European debt crisis, demand in the international market has dropped sharply. In order to protect their own enterprises, developed countries have led to a resurgence of trade protectionism. The export of China's textile and clothing products is facing great external pressure. This paper puts forward some suggestions for restricting the export of China's textile and garment industry, expanding domestic demand, reducing the degree of dependence of textile and clothing on foreign countries, carrying out "brand strategy", and taking the road of innovation. To establish independent brands with international influence to enhance international competitiveness, to use financial instruments to avoid the exchange rate risk caused by forced appreciation of RMB, to cooperate closely with the government in the face of increasing trade friction, and to deal with it actively; In addition, we should vigorously implement the "going out" strategy, open up new markets to avoid trade barriers and increase exports.
