我國家電產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢探討

【摘要】:作為制造業(yè)的代表行業(yè),家電產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)過30多年的發(fā)展已成為競爭最為充分的行業(yè)之一。相比房地產(chǎn)業(yè)、乳品業(yè)等諸多產(chǎn)業(yè)所面臨的產(chǎn)能持續(xù)下降、品牌競爭力不足及遭遇信任危機(jī)等尷尬局面,我國家電產(chǎn)業(yè)以其物美價廉的產(chǎn)品、快捷優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)及良好的品牌影響力贏得了消費者的青睞。家電企業(yè)根據(jù)競爭局勢的發(fā)展積極調(diào)整企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、建立良性競爭氛圍,家電產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力得到了顯著提高。 本文以家電產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對象,運用理論與實際案例相結(jié)合的分析方法,在研究產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與競爭優(yōu)勢相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,分析競爭對我國家電產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展所產(chǎn)生的影響;借助波特鉆石模型對家電產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)有競爭優(yōu)勢進(jìn)行解讀,并運用行業(yè)重點企業(yè)的實例作為競爭影響產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的佐證,從而得出競爭如何從多個方面推動家電產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢的形成;最后指出家電產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢對其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的啟示。 通過研究筆者認(rèn)為,家電產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢是在幾十年的競爭中逐步確立的。競爭使企業(yè)的投資相對穩(wěn)定更利于企業(yè)產(chǎn)能的提高;競爭過程中的優(yōu)勝劣汰推動了產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī);男纬杉爱a(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化;競爭促使企業(yè)不斷將技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化為生產(chǎn)力并加快技術(shù)創(chuàng)新擴(kuò)散的步伐;競爭過程中企業(yè)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的變化加劇了企業(yè)組織與制度的創(chuàng)新。家電產(chǎn)業(yè)走出的這一條引人矚目的成功道路源于其長期以來的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展始終依靠市場競爭而非受政策左右。與家電產(chǎn)業(yè)享有同樣低廉勞動力、龐大的市場基礎(chǔ)的其他產(chǎn)業(yè)沒有如家電產(chǎn)業(yè)一樣獲得而今的發(fā)展也歸因于整個產(chǎn)業(yè)有效競爭的缺乏。借鑒家電產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢形成的原因,其他產(chǎn)業(yè)可以通過營造良性競爭環(huán)境催化產(chǎn)業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,利用充分的競爭創(chuàng)造物美價廉的產(chǎn)品吸引消費者,還可以通過提升品牌國際化競爭力迎接國內(nèi)外市場的挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:As the representative industry of manufacturing industry, after more than 30 years of development, home appliance industry has become one of the most competitive industries. Compared with the real estate industry, dairy industry and many other industries are facing a continuous decline in production capacity. The lack of brand competitiveness and the embarrassing situation of being confronted with a crisis of trust, the household electrical appliances industry in our country, with its excellent and inexpensive products, Fast and high quality service and good brand influence have won the favor of consumers. According to the development of competition situation, home appliance enterprises actively adjust their strategy, optimize their industrial structure, and establish a healthy competitive atmosphere. The competitiveness of the household appliances industry has been significantly improved. This paper takes the household appliance industry as the research object, and analyzes the influence of competition on the development of China's home appliance industry on the basis of the research on the theory of industry development and competitive advantage, using the analysis method of combining theory with practical cases. With the help of Porter diamond model, this paper interprets the current competitive advantage of the home appliance industry, and uses the examples of the key enterprises in the industry as the evidence to prove that the competition affects the development of the industry, so as to find out how the competition promotes the formation of the competitive advantage of the home appliance industry from many aspects. Finally, it points out the inspiration of the competitive advantage of home appliance industry to other industries. The author thinks that the advantage of home appliance industry is gradually established in the competition of several decades. In the process of competition, the survival of the fittest promotes the formation of the industrial scale and the optimization of the industrial structure, and the competition urges the enterprises to transform the technology into productive forces and speed up the pace of technological innovation diffusion. In the process of competition, the change of the internal and external environment of the enterprise intensifies the innovation of the organization and system of the enterprise. The remarkable success of the household appliance industry stems from the fact that the development of the appliance industry has always depended on the market competition instead of on the market for a long time. Subject to policy. As cheap as the home appliance industry, The lack of effective competition in the entire industry is also attributed to the fact that other industries with a huge market base have not achieved the same development as the home appliance industry. The reasons for the formation of the competitive advantage of the home appliance industry, Other industries can promote the vigorous development of the industry by creating a healthy competitive environment, and make full use of competition to create high-quality and inexpensive products to attract consumers, and can also meet the challenges of domestic and foreign markets by enhancing the international competitiveness of brands.
