攀鋼釩公司銷售物流優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:攀鋼集團(tuán)攀枝花鋼釩有限公司(簡稱攀鋼釩公司)是國內(nèi)鋼鐵制造和銷售企業(yè),主營業(yè)務(wù)是鋼材、釩產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)與銷售。其產(chǎn)品銷售主要依賴于傳統(tǒng)實(shí)體渠道。從國內(nèi)鋼鐵行業(yè)看,無論是大型鋼鐵集團(tuán)寶鋼、唐鋼,還是中小鋼鐵企業(yè)昆鋼等均通過興辦物流公司或物流的優(yōu)化整合,來降低物流成本,提高企業(yè)綜合競爭實(shí)力。正是在這種背景下,攀鋼釩公司提出了銷售物流優(yōu)化。本論文的題目是《攀鋼釩公司銷售物流優(yōu)化研究》,著重對(duì)攀鋼釩銷售物流進(jìn)行剖析和論證。首先分析攀鋼釩公司銷售物流優(yōu)化的背景和必要性,并對(duì)物流管理及發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論做基本介紹;其次分析鋼鐵業(yè)物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀;再次分析攀鋼釩公司物流現(xiàn)狀,闡述其物流管理的不足之處和原因,進(jìn)一步闡明優(yōu)化銷售物流的必要性;最后提出攀鋼釩公司銷售物流優(yōu)化的途徑和措施。本論文對(duì)攀鋼釩如何優(yōu)化銷售物流得出的結(jié)論是:一是貫徹“生產(chǎn)服從銷售、銷售服從效益”的指導(dǎo)思想,著力抓好公司產(chǎn)品在市場上的定位和品種優(yōu)化工作;二是從銷售計(jì)劃管理、銷售庫存管理、銷售裝載方案管理、銷售發(fā)運(yùn)管理、銷售物流跟蹤管理和銷售結(jié)算管理等梳理、規(guī)范業(yè)務(wù)流程,并通過銷售信息平臺(tái)建設(shè),實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售物流、資金流和信息流“三合一”,有效支撐管理思想落地;三是通過物流管理的組織集成,為優(yōu)化銷售物流創(chuàng)造好的內(nèi)、外部經(jīng)營環(huán)境;四是規(guī)范物流成本核算,為提高公司物流管理水平和降低物流成本提供有效支撐。通過上述管理模式、管理手段的論述,將對(duì)其“第三利潤源”的挖掘提供一定的指導(dǎo)及參考作用。本論文在銷售物流的優(yōu)化上更多還局限于本企業(yè)的范圍,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,企業(yè)物流必須融入到社會(huì)物流大系統(tǒng)之中,通過社會(huì)物流大系統(tǒng)的分工協(xié)作、物流資源的綜合利用和物流資源的合理配置,實(shí)現(xiàn)自身物流的合理化、效率化和綜合物流成本的最低化。同時(shí),由于本人知識(shí)水平和業(yè)務(wù)范圍受限,本論文研究的深度和廣度還很不夠,有待在以后的工作中加以改進(jìn)和完善。

It is precisely against this background that, Vanadium Company of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd has put forward the optimization of sales logistics. The title of this thesis is "the Research on the Optimization of sales Logistics of Vanadium Company of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Company", focusing on the analysis and demonstration of vanadium sales logistics of Panzhang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Background and necessity, And the basic theory of logistics management and development is introduced; secondly, the current situation of steel industry logistics is analyzed; and the current situation of vanadium company logistics of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., is analyzed again, and the deficiencies and reasons of logistics management are expounded. Finally, the paper puts forward the ways and measures to optimize the sales logistics of Vanadium Company of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co. The conclusion of this paper is as follows: one is to carry out the following conclusions: 1. The guiding ideology of "sales service from benefit", focusing on the market orientation and variety optimization of the company's products; second, from the sales plan management, the sales inventory management, the sales loading scheme management, the sales shipping management, the second is from the sales plan management, the sales inventory management, the sale transportation management, Sales logistics tracking management and sales settlement management, standardization of business processes, and through the construction of sales information platform to achieve sales logistics, capital flow and information flow "three-in-one", effectively support the idea of management landing; Third, through the organizational integration of logistics management, to create a good internal and external business environment for optimizing sales logistics; fourth, to standardize logistics cost accounting, In order to improve the level of logistics management and reduce logistics costs to provide effective support. The optimization of sales logistics in this paper is more limited to the scope of the enterprise, with the development of the economy, Enterprise logistics must be integrated into the social logistics system, through the division of labor and cooperation of the social logistics system, the comprehensive utilization of logistics resources and the rational allocation of logistics resources, realize the rationalization of their own logistics. At the same time, due to the limitation of my knowledge level and business scope, the depth and breadth of this thesis is not enough, which needs to be improved and perfected in the future work.
