【摘要】：造紙工業(yè)是我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),它的發(fā)展與我國(guó)的文化、教育、科技和國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)都緊密相連。但由于長(zhǎng)期缺乏綠色的發(fā)展理念,高能耗、高排放、低產(chǎn)出等問題不僅浪費(fèi)了大量自然資源,影響了周邊居民的居住環(huán)境,同時(shí)低質(zhì)量的紙產(chǎn)品也影響了該行業(yè)在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。對(duì)此,各國(guó)政府紛紛出臺(tái)了相應(yīng)政策法規(guī),以降低該行業(yè)對(duì)環(huán)境的污染,提高造紙企業(yè)整體供應(yīng)鏈的綠色化水平。我國(guó)由于造紙企業(yè)眾多、發(fā)展規(guī)模不一、平均技術(shù)水平落后、綠色環(huán)保意識(shí)差等問題,如何加快綠色供應(yīng)鏈戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施步伐,增強(qiáng)我國(guó)造紙企業(yè)的“綠色”競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,消除國(guó)際貿(mào)易中的“綠色壁壘”等問題已成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。 本文以綠色供應(yīng)鏈理論為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)我國(guó)造紙企業(yè)上下游各環(huán)節(jié)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,確立了構(gòu)建我國(guó)造紙企業(yè)綠色供應(yīng)鏈及綠色度的評(píng)價(jià)這一研究課題：首先,通過分析國(guó)內(nèi)外該行業(yè)的研究現(xiàn)狀,指出目前我國(guó)造紙企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈模式的綠色化缺陷；其次,結(jié)合我國(guó)造紙企業(yè)綠色供應(yīng)鏈的特征和設(shè)計(jì)原則,通過IDEF建模分析和設(shè)計(jì)方法構(gòu)建了我國(guó)造紙企業(yè)綠色供應(yīng)鏈；再次,進(jìn)一步研究了我國(guó)造紙企業(yè)綠色供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作過程中的參考模型,對(duì)涉及的五個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行了具體的流程分析；最后,建立了造紙企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈的綠色度評(píng)價(jià)體系及DEA-AHP-Fuzzy綠色度評(píng)價(jià)模型,以浙江省一家典型的民營(yíng)造紙企業(yè)為例,驗(yàn)證了該模型的可行性,從而明確企業(yè)將來提升綠色化水平的改進(jìn)方向,以提高我國(guó)造紙企業(yè)綠色化水平,增強(qiáng)在國(guó)際紙產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。文中圖27幅,表18個(gè),參考文獻(xiàn)66篇。
[Abstract]:The paper industry is an important pillar industry in the economic development of our country. Its development is closely related to our culture, education, science and technology and national economy. Problems such as low output not only waste a lot of natural resources and affect the living environment of the surrounding residents, but also affect the competitiveness of the industry in the international market. In order to reduce the pollution of the industry to the environment and improve the green level of the whole supply chain of papermaking enterprises in China, due to the large number of papermaking enterprises, the development scale is different, the average technical level is backward, the green environmental protection consciousness is poor, and so on. How to speed up the implementation of the green supply chain strategy, enhance the "green" competitiveness of Chinese papermaking enterprises and eliminate the "green barriers" in international trade has become an urgent task. Based on the theory of green supply chain, this paper analyzes the current situation of the upstream and downstream links of Chinese papermaking enterprises, and establishes the research topic of constructing green supply chain and evaluation of green degree of Chinese papermaking enterprises: first of all, By analyzing the current research situation of this industry at home and abroad, this paper points out the green defect of supply chain mode in China's papermaking enterprises at present. Secondly, it combines the characteristics and design principles of green supply chain in Chinese papermaking enterprises. The green supply chain of Chinese papermaking enterprises is constructed by IDEF modeling analysis and design method. Thirdly, the reference model in the operation process of green supply chain of Chinese papermaking enterprises is further studied, and the five links involved are analyzed concretely. Finally, the green degree evaluation system of supply chain and the DEA-AHP-Fuzzy green degree evaluation model are established. The feasibility of this model is verified by taking a typical private paper making enterprise in Zhejiang Province as an example. In order to improve the green level of Chinese papermaking enterprises and enhance their competitiveness in the international paper products market, the paper has 27 pictures, 18 tables and 66 references.
