【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入快速發(fā)展階段,和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化腳步的加快,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力越來(lái)越多地體現(xiàn)在對(duì)市場(chǎng)需求的快速反應(yīng)和對(duì)成本的有效控制上。在現(xiàn)代的企業(yè)管理中,采購(gòu)質(zhì)量管理也扮演著一個(gè)相對(duì)重要的角色,更是當(dāng)代企業(yè)增強(qiáng)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié),這對(duì)企業(yè)在采購(gòu)管理等方面提出了更高的要求。 目前,愈來(lái)愈多的企業(yè)己將采購(gòu)質(zhì)量管理作為企業(yè)的一個(gè)重要戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)。在企業(yè)的角度,合理地進(jìn)行采購(gòu),可以節(jié)約采購(gòu)成本,降低采購(gòu)費(fèi)用,為企業(yè)提供滿足品質(zhì)要求的原材料,保證企業(yè)正常生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)營(yíng)的需要,既能及時(shí)滿足市場(chǎng)需求,又可以促進(jìn)企業(yè)的良性循環(huán),為企業(yè)賺取更多的利潤(rùn)。因此,通過(guò)良好的采購(gòu)質(zhì)量管理來(lái)提高醫(yī)藥公司在當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)體制下的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力成為了本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容。 本文擬采用CD藥廠的案例進(jìn)行采購(gòu)質(zhì)量管理的分析。首先,本文簡(jiǎn)要介紹了采購(gòu)質(zhì)量管理的一些相關(guān)知識(shí)；然后通過(guò)原因型魚(yú)骨圖識(shí)別出CD藥廠在質(zhì)量管理各環(huán)節(jié)中存在的問(wèn)題,并針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題提出解決方案；最后歸納總結(jié)了在采購(gòu)質(zhì)量管理中可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,提出預(yù)防措施,得出結(jié)論。 在CD藥廠中,當(dāng)前建立規(guī)范科學(xué)的供應(yīng)商評(píng)估認(rèn)證體系、建立綜合素質(zhì)較強(qiáng)的采購(gòu)隊(duì)伍、實(shí)施高效直接的采購(gòu)流程、建立由各部門(mén)組成的控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)、確保供應(yīng)鏈的流暢與增值,保證采購(gòu)質(zhì)量,更加有利于企業(yè)應(yīng)對(duì)各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and the acceleration of the pace of economic globalization, the competition is becoming increasingly fierce. The competitiveness of enterprises is more and more reflected in the rapid response to market demand and effective cost control. In modern enterprise management procurement quality management also plays a relatively important role. It is also an important link for modern enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness, which puts forward higher requirements for enterprises in procurement management and so on. At present, more and more enterprises have taken procurement quality management as an important strategic task. From the perspective of enterprises, reasonable procurement can save procurement costs and reduce procurement costs. To provide raw materials to meet the quality requirements, to ensure the normal production and operation of the needs of enterprises, can not only meet the market demand in time, but also promote the virtuous circle of enterprises, and earn more profits for enterprises. To improve the core competitiveness of pharmaceutical companies under the current economic system through good purchasing quality management has become the research content of this paper. In this paper, the case of CD pharmaceutical factory is used to analyze the purchasing quality management. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces some relevant knowledge of purchasing quality management. Then, the problems in quality management of CD pharmaceutical factory are identified by the fish bone map of cause type, and the solutions are put forward for the existing problems. Finally, the paper summarizes the possible problems in purchasing quality management, puts forward preventive measures, and draws a conclusion. In CD pharmaceutical factory, the current establishment of standardized and scientific supplier evaluation and certification system, the establishment of a comprehensive quality of the procurement team, the implementation of efficient and direct procurement process, the establishment of a control network composed of various departments. To ensure the smooth and value-added supply chain, to ensure the quality of procurement, more conducive to enterprises to cope with various risks, improve product quality.
