【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)一步的加強(qiáng)，國際間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日益激烈，面對(duì)我國國內(nèi)市場(chǎng)內(nèi)需不足和我國企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力相對(duì)較弱的局面，“走出去”戰(zhàn)略與“自主創(chuàng)新”已經(jīng)成為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要議題。近年來，國內(nèi)外學(xué)者就對(duì)外直接投資對(duì)母國產(chǎn)生的影響進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究，其研究結(jié)果表明對(duì)外直接投資對(duì)母國企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力的提高具有一定的積極影響。在以往研究的的基礎(chǔ)上，本文首先對(duì)我國制造業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資現(xiàn)狀及其自主創(chuàng)新的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑進(jìn)行了分析，并運(yùn)用定性與定量相結(jié)合的分析方法，分別對(duì)我國貨物貿(mào)易進(jìn)出口、外商直接投資、我國對(duì)外直接投資對(duì)我國制造業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新所產(chǎn)生的影響進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)，結(jié)果顯示：1.我國制造業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資額與其研發(fā)投入正相關(guān)，但檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果并不顯著；2.我國制造業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資額與其有效專利擁有數(shù)量顯著正相關(guān)；3.與外商直接投資和貨物貿(mào)易方式相比，我國制造業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資對(duì)其自主創(chuàng)新的影響更加顯著。 根據(jù)上述檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果，筆者提出相關(guān)政策建議： 從政府層面講：1.給制造業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資提供相應(yīng)的政策支持；2.完善制造業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資的法律體系；3.為制造業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資提供良好的國際環(huán)境；4.設(shè)立研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)，彌補(bǔ)我國制造業(yè)企業(yè)的研發(fā)盲區(qū)。 從企業(yè)層面來講：1.擴(kuò)大投資規(guī)模，，恰當(dāng)選擇對(duì)外直接投資模式；2.加強(qiáng)企業(yè)自身的學(xué)習(xí)能力、吸收能力和創(chuàng)新能力；3.提高企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理水平。
[Abstract]:With the economic globalization further strengthen, international competition is becoming increasingly fierce, facing the domestic demand of China's domestic market and lack of competitiveness of Chinese enterprises is relatively weak situation, the strategy of "going out" and "independent innovation" has become an important issue in China's economic development. In recent years, domestic and foreign scholars on the impact of foreign direct investment on the home country the empirical research, the results of the study indicate that it will have a positive impact on foreign direct investment to improve the independent innovation ability of the enterprise. On the basis of the previous researches, this paper on China's manufacturing industry foreign direct investment situation and achieve the path of independent innovation are analyzed, and the use of qualitative and quantitative analysis method the combination, on China's trade in goods import and export, foreign direct investment, China's foreign direct investment of China's manufacturing industry independent innovation Effect of the empirical test, the results showed that: 1. of China's manufacturing industry foreign direct investment and R & D investment are positively related, but the test results are not significant; 2. of China's manufacturing industry and foreign direct investment has significant positive correlation with the number of valid patents; 3. compared with foreign direct investment and trade goods, China's manufacturing industry the foreign direct investment of independent innovation is more significant.
According to the above test results, the author puts forward relevant policy suggestions:
From the government level: 1. to manufacturing foreign direct investment to provide the corresponding policy support; 2. to improve the legal system of manufacturing industry of foreign direct investment; 3. for manufacturing foreign direct investment to provide a favorable international environment; 4. set up R & D institutions, make up for China's manufacturing enterprises in the Development Zone.
From the enterprise level: 1., expand the scale of investment and appropriately choose the mode of foreign direct investment; 2., enhance the learning capacity, absorptive capacity and innovation ability of enterprises, and 3., improve the management level of enterprises.
