【摘要】：我國(guó)制造業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展，為企業(yè)吸收國(guó)外先進(jìn)管理方法和經(jīng)驗(yàn)創(chuàng)造了良好的土壤和生存環(huán)境。TPM(Total Productive Maintenance)管理作為一種科學(xué)的管理方法，在國(guó)內(nèi)的一些知名企業(yè)得到了較好的應(yīng)用。東風(fēng)汽車公司2003年開始導(dǎo)入TPM管理，作為東風(fēng)汽車公司旗下的鑄造車間也在積極探索TPM管理。該鑄造車間具有實(shí)施全面質(zhì)量管理（TQM）的基礎(chǔ)，，具備導(dǎo)入TPM的條件。 該鑄造車間設(shè)備種類多，使用年限高，使用成本高，安全要求大，管理復(fù)雜，導(dǎo)入實(shí)施TPM活動(dòng)后，取得了突出的成績(jī)，提高了其發(fā)展和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力。然而在TPM的實(shí)踐中，也存在一些不足的地方，比如在TPM管理的系統(tǒng)化，自主化需要進(jìn)一步的完善。本文以現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理思想和理論成果為指導(dǎo)，運(yùn)用企業(yè)目標(biāo)管理等方法，通過(guò)調(diào)查，推進(jìn)，實(shí)施，研究TPM管理，從新的理論和思路中尋找到新方法實(shí)踐的捷徑。文章的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于：首先提出對(duì)企業(yè)實(shí)施TPM管理的再認(rèn)識(shí)，以及對(duì)加快企業(yè)知識(shí)管理與創(chuàng)新的實(shí)際意義；其次，結(jié)合現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理特點(diǎn)對(duì)TPM管理組織體系進(jìn)行再設(shè)計(jì)；第三，從管理PDCA循環(huán)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化運(yùn)作考慮，進(jìn)行了流程化、模式化管理工具的設(shè)計(jì)；第四，通過(guò)對(duì)典型企業(yè)推行TPM管理的過(guò)程分析，指出其中的不足，從體系構(gòu)建的角度提出改進(jìn)方案，從實(shí)際運(yùn)用的方面設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)管理模板，為即將導(dǎo)入和已實(shí)施TPM管理的企業(yè)具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of China's manufacturing industry. For enterprises to absorb foreign advanced management methods and experience to create a good soil and survival environment. TPM Total Productive maintenance). Management as a scientific management method. In 2003, Dongfeng Motor Company began to introduce TPM management. As a foundry workshop owned by Dongfeng Motor Company, the foundry workshop is also actively exploring TPM management. The foundry workshop has the foundation of implementing TQM and the condition of introducing TPM. The foundry workshop has many kinds of equipments, high service life, high use cost, high safety requirements and complicated management. It has made outstanding achievements after the introduction and implementation of TPM activities. However, in the practice of TPM, there are some shortcomings, such as systematization of TPM management. Autonomy needs to be further improved. This paper, guided by modern enterprise management ideas and theoretical results, applies the methods of enterprise objective management, through investigation, promotion, implementation, and study of TPM management. From the new theory and train of thought to find the shortcut of the new method practice. The innovation point of this article lies in: first, put forward to the enterprise to implement the TPM management again understanding, as well as to accelerate the enterprise knowledge management and the actual significance of innovation; Secondly, according to the characteristics of modern enterprise management, the TPM management organization system is redesigned. Third, from the management of PDCA cycle and standardized operation considerations, the design of workflow, modular management tools; 4th, by analyzing the process of implementing TPM management in typical enterprises, pointing out the shortcomings, the improvement scheme is put forward from the point of view of system construction, and the standard management template is designed from the aspect of practical application. For the upcoming introduction and implementation of TPM management enterprises have a certain guiding significance.
