下化變電站改造項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究

【摘要】:電力支撐著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中各行各業(yè)和城鄉(xiāng)居民生活電氣化都依賴于用電與電緊密相連。電力系統(tǒng)的安全經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行,是電力行業(yè)發(fā)展自身特點(diǎn)所決定的,也是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的客觀要求。變電站建設(shè)數(shù)量在增多、規(guī)模在擴(kuò)大,變電站改造工程亦面臨日益嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。如何在資源有限的條件下,提高下化變電站改造工程的工作效率和進(jìn)度質(zhì)量,已成為下化變電站急需解決的問(wèn)題。因此,用現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)理論研究下化變電站的進(jìn)度情況有其必要性。 本文首先對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的理論進(jìn)行了分析,特別是分析了進(jìn)度管理的相關(guān)方法,甘特圖法、CPM網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖法和PERT法,并給出了多種方法之間的比較。其次,在上述方法分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文結(jié)合下化變電站改造項(xiàng)目的實(shí)例對(duì)其改造的進(jìn)度進(jìn)行管理。針對(duì)下化變電站進(jìn)度管理的特殊性,對(duì)此次改造工程的所有工序進(jìn)行WBS工作分解,得出了該工程的施工網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖,并對(duì)每項(xiàng)工序的持續(xù)時(shí)間進(jìn)行估算,從而得出此工程改造的工期。在此基礎(chǔ)上利用CPM、PERT網(wǎng)絡(luò)方法與原施工單位單一的甘特圖進(jìn)行了對(duì)比、檢查,并提出調(diào)整工期的新方法。新方法的提出將為類似項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理提供理論依據(jù)。最后,本文對(duì)于改進(jìn)的方法和原有方法做了一個(gè)比較。 通過(guò)研究可知,若要對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度實(shí)施有效管理,不僅要注重原始資料的收集,而且其管理人員必須對(duì)項(xiàng)目的工藝及流程有個(gè)較深入的了解,對(duì)管理人員的素質(zhì)要求較高。同時(shí)由于項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理是一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)過(guò)程,其目的就是在項(xiàng)目施工過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)其偏離項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃的原因并加以控制,使項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃的工期如期進(jìn)行。因此,對(duì)于極易受到天氣,規(guī)程,安全,公共關(guān)系等較多因素影響的電力工程來(lái)講,就必須更新觀念,要對(duì)進(jìn)度管理的其他技術(shù)和方法(VERT法)提高認(rèn)識(shí),積極在以后的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理中加以嘗試和應(yīng)用,更好地服務(wù)于類似項(xiàng)目管理的實(shí)踐,并同時(shí)探討和使用新的有效的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理方法。
[Abstract]:Electric power is supporting the development of the national economy. In the national economy, the electrification of various industries and urban and rural residents are closely connected with electricity. The safe and economic operation of power system. The development of power industry is determined by its own characteristics, but also the objective requirements of the development of the national economy. The number of substation construction is increasing and the scale is expanding. Substation transformation project is also facing increasingly serious challenges. Under the condition of limited resources, how to improve the working efficiency and progress quality of Xihua substation transformation project. Therefore, it is necessary to use modern project management theory to study the progress of Xihua substation. Firstly, this paper analyzes the theory of project schedule management, especially the related methods of schedule management, such as Gantu method, CPM network diagram method and PERT method. The comparison between various methods is given. Secondly, based on the analysis of the above methods. According to the particularity of the schedule management of Xihua substation, all the processes of the transformation project are decomposed by WBS. The construction network diagram of the project is obtained, and the duration of each working procedure is estimated, so as to obtain the time limit for the reconstruction of the project. On this basis, CPM is used. The PERT network method is compared with the single Gantt chart of the original construction unit, and a new method to adjust the duration of the project is proposed. The new method will provide a theoretical basis for the schedule management of similar projects. This paper makes a comparison between the improved method and the original method. Through the research, if we want to effectively manage the progress of the project, we should not only pay attention to the collection of raw materials, but also its management must have a deeper understanding of the process and process of the project. At the same time, because the project schedule management is a dynamic process, the purpose is to find out the reason of deviation from the project planning and control it in the construction process. Therefore, it is necessary to update the concept of electric power engineering which is easily affected by weather, regulation, safety, public relations and other factors. To improve the understanding of other technologies and methods of schedule management (Vert), actively in the project schedule management in the future to try and apply, better serve the practice of similar project management. At the same time, explore and use new and effective project schedule management methods.
