【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的到來以及中國城市化建設(shè)進(jìn)程的速度越來越快，電力的需求和供應(yīng)量越來越大，要求也越來越高，這不僅為電力設(shè)備制造企業(yè)帶來了難得的發(fā)展機(jī)遇，也使得企業(yè)之間的競爭變得愈發(fā)激烈。作為廣東省珠三角地區(qū)變壓器制造企業(yè)之一的A公司，在新的發(fā)展形勢下，僅僅依靠現(xiàn)有的管理手段和維持現(xiàn)有的市場份額很難適應(yīng)競爭激烈的外部環(huán)境，因此如何建立科學(xué)的、符合A公司實際需求的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，已成為A公司亟待解決的重要問題。 本研究以現(xiàn)代戰(zhàn)略管理理論作為指導(dǎo)，通過文獻(xiàn)研究法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法和專家意見咨詢法對A公司的內(nèi)部資源與能力以及企業(yè)的宏觀環(huán)境、行業(yè)環(huán)境、競爭環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析，總結(jié)出企業(yè)的機(jī)會、威脅、優(yōu)勢、劣勢，并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出A公司適合選取進(jìn)取型的戰(zhàn)略態(tài)勢，可適度采用后向一體化戰(zhàn)略和橫向一體化戰(zhàn)略，通過制定政策或擴(kuò)大領(lǐng)域，采取加強(qiáng)型戰(zhàn)略。最后本文提出A公司戰(zhàn)略實施的具體對策包括強(qiáng)化組織創(chuàng)新，實施企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)，培育支持企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的企業(yè)文化，打造新型戰(zhàn)略管理模式，并且在戰(zhàn)略實施過程中進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略控制與管理。 本文通過對A公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與風(fēng)險控制方面的研究，力求從理論聯(lián)系實際的角色探尋一套適合A公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和風(fēng)險控制的思路和方法，，以提升A公司的管理水平，達(dá)到提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的目的。同時，也為變壓器企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和風(fēng)險控制方面的研究提供有益的借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of global economic integration and the rapid pace of urbanization in China, the demand and supply of electricity is increasing and the demand is becoming higher and higher. This not only brings a rare development opportunity for the power equipment manufacturing enterprises, but also makes the competition between enterprises become more and more fierce. As one of the transformer manufacturing enterprises in the Pearl River Delta in Guangdong Province, company A is one of them. In the new development situation, it is difficult to adapt to the competitive external environment by relying on the existing management means and maintaining the existing market share. Therefore, how to establish a scientific development strategy in line with the actual needs of company A. Company A has become an important problem to be solved. Under the guidance of modern strategic management theory, this study uses literature research method, interview method, questionnaire survey and expert opinion consultation method to analyze the internal resources and capabilities of company A as well as the macro environment and industry environment of the company. Competitive environment analysis, summed up the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise, and on the basis of the proposed A company suitable for the selection of enterprising strategic situation. We can appropriately adopt backward integration strategy and horizontal integration strategy, and adopt enhanced strategy by making policies or expanding fields. Finally, this paper puts forward that the specific countermeasures for the implementation of company A strategy include strengthening organizational innovation. The implementation of enterprise information construction, the cultivation of corporate culture to support the enterprise strategy, the creation of a new type of strategic management model, and in the implementation of the strategy of strategic control and management. Through the research on the development strategy and risk control of company A, this paper tries to explore a set of ideas and methods suitable for the development strategy and risk control of company A from the roles of theory and practice. In order to improve the management level of company A and achieve the purpose of improving the economic efficiency of the enterprise, it also provides useful reference and reference for the research on the development strategy and risk control of transformer enterprises.
