【摘要】：近年電子制造行業(yè)的競爭激烈程度有目共睹,市場對產(chǎn)品的價格及性價比尤為敏感,反應(yīng)在企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈上,則是對供應(yīng)鏈上游原材料品質(zhì)和成本,以及供應(yīng)鏈管理體系的整體穩(wěn)定性的要求。供應(yīng)鏈作為企業(yè)價值鏈得以實現(xiàn)最關(guān)鍵的因素之一,它的中斷必將衍生重大問題。因此,對電子制造企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈中斷風險防范問題的研究,既有重要的理論意義,也有重大的現(xiàn)實意義。 因此,本文在對相關(guān)理論進行研究的基礎(chǔ)上,首先對電子制造企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈中斷風險進行分析。通過構(gòu)建電子制造企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈的貝葉斯網(wǎng)絡(luò)診斷模型,對M企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,通過各節(jié)點中斷因素的分析得出整條供應(yīng)鏈的可靠度,并且通過分析計算出每個節(jié)點的后驗概率,得出供應(yīng)鏈發(fā)生中斷后各中斷風險來源發(fā)生中斷的概率。然后在供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化模型的理論基礎(chǔ)上,基于可靠性理論對電子制造企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)進行優(yōu)化設(shè)計。創(chuàng)新性的將包含多種信息的供應(yīng)鏈可靠性約束引入模型的約束條件,創(chuàng)建一個供應(yīng)鏈的可靠性優(yōu)化模型,并通過模型簡化,及M企業(yè)實際算例的驗證,得出模型實際的運行結(jié)果。從定量的角度研究了供應(yīng)可靠性優(yōu)化模型。最后,本文提出了一些供應(yīng)鏈中斷防范的策略。結(jié)合以上對不同種類的供應(yīng)鏈中斷的分析討論,構(gòu)建其不同的預(yù)防措施并討論其實效性。 本文一方面揭示出減少供應(yīng)鏈中斷風險發(fā)生能夠極大地提高公司供應(yīng)鏈的穩(wěn)定性,突出克服供應(yīng)鏈中斷風險的必要性；另一方面通過實例說明,企業(yè)完全能夠通過相應(yīng)的數(shù)學(xué)工具和經(jīng)驗數(shù)據(jù),計算出本身所對應(yīng)的供應(yīng)鏈中斷風險的概率,這樣將對企業(yè)提高供應(yīng)鏈管理提供了具體的可行性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the fierce competition of electronic manufacturing industry is obvious, the market is particularly sensitive to the price and price ratio of products, which is reflected in the supply chain of enterprises, but also to the quality and cost of raw materials upstream of the supply chain. As one of the most critical factors to realize the enterprise value chain, the interruption of supply chain will give rise to important problems. The study of supply chain interruption risk prevention in electronic manufacturing enterprises is of great theoretical and practical significance. Therefore, based on the research of related theories, this paper first analyzes the supply chain interruption risk of electronic manufacturing enterprises, and constructs the Bayesian network diagnosis model of electronic manufacturing enterprise supply chain. Through the analysis of the supply chain data of M enterprise, the reliability of the whole supply chain is obtained through the analysis of the interruption factors of each node, and the posteriori probability of each node is calculated through the analysis. The probability of interruptions from different interruption risk sources after the interruption of supply chain is obtained, and then on the basis of the theory of supply chain structure optimization model. Based on the reliability theory, the supply chain network structure of electronic manufacturing enterprises is optimized and designed. The supply chain reliability constraints, which contain a variety of information, are innovatively introduced into the constraints of the model. A reliability optimization model of supply chain is established, and through the simplification of the model and the verification of the actual example of M enterprise, the actual operation results of the model are obtained. Finally, the supply reliability optimization model is studied from the quantitative point of view. This paper puts forward some strategies of supply chain interruption prevention, and discusses the different preventive measures and their effectiveness by analyzing and discussing the different types of supply chain interruptions above. On the one hand, this paper reveals that reducing the risk of supply chain interruption can greatly improve the stability of the company's supply chain and highlight the necessity of overcoming the supply chain interruption risk. On the other hand, through an example, the enterprise can calculate the probability of supply chain interruption risk through the corresponding mathematical tools and empirical data. This will provide specific feasibility for enterprises to improve supply chain management.
