【摘要】：工程項目及其生產(chǎn)的特殊性決定了項目員工的工作-家庭沖突及恢復(fù)需要尤為突出,其對員工的滿意度和工作績效起著至關(guān)重要的作用。在回顧已有文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了工作狀況、工作-家庭沖突與恢復(fù)需要的關(guān)系模型;利用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,通過對510名國有建筑企業(yè)項目員工的調(diào)查檢驗相關(guān)假設(shè),結(jié)果表明,工作要求以工作-家庭沖突為中介對恢復(fù)需要有間接的正向影響,同時,工作支持能夠有效緩解恢復(fù)需要。
[Abstract]:The particularity of the project and its production determines that the work-family conflict and recovery needs of the project staff are particularly prominent. It plays an important role in employee satisfaction and job performance. Based on the review of existing literature, the relationship model of work status, work-family conflict and recovery needs is constructed. Based on the structural equation model and the investigation of 510 project employees in state-owned construction enterprises, the results show that the work-family conflict is the intermediary of the work demand and has an indirect positive impact on the recovery needs. At the same time, work support can effectively alleviate recovery needs.
