X電子科技公司績效考核和改進(jìn)方案研究

【摘要】:隨著知識經(jīng)濟的到來,企業(yè)競爭不斷加劇,人才成為企業(yè)應(yīng)對外部競爭的重要資源。人力資源成為企業(yè)管理關(guān)注的焦點之一,而人力資源管理中最重要的部分就是如何建立適合組織特征的績效考核體系。因此,建立合理的績效考核體系成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的一項重要工作。河北X電子科技公司是國家認(rèn)證的高新技術(shù)企業(yè),擁有國際先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)和檢測設(shè)備,在國內(nèi)處于行業(yè)龍頭地位。雖然河北X電子科技公司近年來企業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,但是隨著企業(yè)規(guī)模的擴大,企業(yè)的人力資源管理跟不上企業(yè)發(fā)展的步伐。本研究有助于了解X電子科技公司的人力資源構(gòu)成情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)X電子科技公司績效考核中存在的問題,進(jìn)而構(gòu)建科學(xué)合理的績效考核體系,調(diào)動員工積極性,提高工作效率,使企業(yè)充滿創(chuàng)新活力,,在市場競爭中立于不敗之地,從而完成企業(yè)制定的“十二五”期間的發(fā)展規(guī)劃。 本文以X電子科技公司為研究對象,從績效考核的相關(guān)研究理論入手,運用理論分析與案例研究相結(jié)合的方法,詳細(xì)分析了X電子科技公司績效考核現(xiàn)狀以及績效考核中存在的問題,通過對現(xiàn)存問題的分析以及對該公司的崗位評價,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)有理論研究提出針對X電子科技公司的績效考核體系改進(jìn)方案。最后,根據(jù)績效考核結(jié)果進(jìn)行員工培訓(xùn)、工資發(fā)放、薪酬等級調(diào)整以及員工晉升和工作調(diào)動,使得績效考核體系充分發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:With the coming of knowledge economy, the competition of enterprises is becoming more and more serious. Human resource becomes one of the focal points of enterprise management, which is an important resource for enterprises to deal with external competition. The most important part of human resource management is how to establish a performance appraisal system suitable for organizational characteristics. The establishment of a reasonable performance appraisal system has become an important work of modern enterprises. Hebei X Electronic Technology Company is a national certified high-tech enterprise, with international advanced production and testing equipment. Hebei X Electronics Technology Company has developed rapidly in recent years, but with the expansion of enterprise scale. The human resource management of enterprises can not keep up with the pace of enterprise development. This study is helpful to understand the human resource composition of X electronic technology company and find the problems in the performance appraisal of X electronic technology company. And then build a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system, mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, improve work efficiency, make enterprises full of innovative vitality, in the market competition in an invincible position. In order to complete the enterprise formulated the "12-year" period of development planning. This paper takes X Electronic Technology Company as the research object, starting with the relevant research theory of performance appraisal, using the method of combining theoretical analysis and case study. Through the analysis of the existing problems and the evaluation of the company's position, the paper analyzes the current situation of the performance appraisal and the existing problems in the performance appraisal of the X electronic science and technology company in detail. And combined with the existing theoretical research to improve the performance appraisal system for X electronic technology company. Finally, according to the results of performance appraisal staff training, pay. Salary grade adjustment, staff promotion and job transfer make the performance appraisal system give full play to its due effect.
