【摘要】：本文運(yùn)用物流理論、供應(yīng)鏈管理理論和物流成本管理的思想和方法，以成品油供應(yīng)鏈物流成本為研究對象，開展本課題國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究、現(xiàn)狀與問題分析，采用定性分析、定量模型分析與案例研究相結(jié)合的方法，以二級物流系統(tǒng)為例，提出成品油供應(yīng)鏈物流成本優(yōu)化及控制的具體思路和策略。主要研究內(nèi)容如下： （1）論文在分析成品油供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)及成品油物流流程的基礎(chǔ)上，首先對國外成品油的物流管理模式及物流運(yùn)輸方式的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析；其次從宏觀角度，歸納出我國成品油在物流管理體制、物流量、物流運(yùn)輸方式、物流信息化建設(shè)、物流人才的現(xiàn)狀及問題，，并分析其原因；最后比較總結(jié)出國外成品油供應(yīng)鏈物流的發(fā)展對國內(nèi)成品油供應(yīng)鏈物流發(fā)展的影響。 （2）根據(jù)成品油物流活動的特點(diǎn)，圍繞成品油供應(yīng)鏈中正向、逆向物流，概述了構(gòu)成物流活動的要素，并總結(jié)出成品油物流成本包含的主要內(nèi)容。分別對影響成品油物流成本主要內(nèi)容的因素進(jìn)行研究，并分析影響因素與物流成本主要內(nèi)容之間的線性關(guān)系，為成品油供應(yīng)鏈物流成本模型的建立奠定基礎(chǔ)。 （3）根據(jù)成品油物流系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)，將成品油物流系統(tǒng)分為整體物流系統(tǒng)和局部物流系統(tǒng)，并建立出不同物流系統(tǒng)下的成品油物流成本優(yōu)化模型，這一模型同時(shí)滿足訂單周期規(guī)律性及物流成本最優(yōu)的要求，求解分為兩個(gè)步驟進(jìn)行。為了實(shí)踐應(yīng)用，論文通過案例研究對模型的求解進(jìn)行演算。 （4）要加快實(shí)現(xiàn)物流成本模型的優(yōu)化效果，離不開成品油供應(yīng)鏈物流成本的控制，基于全文的研究，總結(jié)出控制成品油供應(yīng)鏈物流成本的策略,對降低成品油供應(yīng)鏈物流成本有重要的理論與實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:In this paper, logistics theory, supply chain management theory and logistics cost management ideas and methods, taking refined oil supply chain logistics cost as the research object, carry out the domestic and foreign related literature research, current situation and problem analysis. Using qualitative analysis, quantitative model analysis and case study method, taking the secondary logistics system as an example. This paper puts forward the specific ideas and strategies of logistics cost optimization and control in refined oil supply chain. The main research contents are as follows: On the basis of analyzing the supply chain structure and logistics process of refined oil products, the paper firstly analyzes the logistics management mode and the current situation of logistics transportation mode of foreign refined oil products. Secondly, from the macro point of view, the paper summarizes the current situation and problems of logistics management system, logistics flow, logistics transportation mode, logistics information construction, logistics talents, and analyzes the reasons. Finally, the influence of foreign oil supply chain logistics development on domestic refined oil supply chain logistics development is compared and summarized. 2) according to the characteristics of the logistics activities of refined oil products, the elements of logistics activities are summarized around the forward and reverse logistics in the supply chain of refined oil products. The main contents of logistics cost of refined oil are summarized. The factors that affect the main content of logistics cost of refined oil are studied, and the linear relationship between the influencing factors and the main content of logistics cost is analyzed. It lays a foundation for the establishment of logistics cost model of refined oil supply chain. 3) according to the characteristics of the product oil logistics system, the product oil logistics system is divided into the whole logistics system and the local logistics system, and the optimization model of product oil logistics cost under different logistics system is established. This model meets the requirements of order cycle regularity and logistics cost optimization, and the solution is divided into two steps. In order to practical application, the paper calculates the model by case study. 4) in order to accelerate the optimization effect of logistics cost model, the logistics cost control of refined oil supply chain can not be achieved without. Based on the research of this paper, the strategy of controlling logistics cost of refined oil supply chain is summarized. It has important theoretical and practical significance to reduce logistics cost of refined oil supply chain.
