【摘要】：煙葉原料保障上水平是“卷煙上水平”的基礎(chǔ)。原料供應(yīng)基地化是深化煙葉資源配置方式改革、提高原料保障水平的重要任務(wù)�；貑卧窃鷮�(shí)推進(jìn)現(xiàn)代煙草農(nóng)業(yè)建設(shè)要設(shè)的基本操作單位,是深化工商合作、實(shí)現(xiàn)原料供應(yīng)基地化的載體,是提高質(zhì)量特色水平、實(shí)現(xiàn)煙葉品質(zhì)特色化的載體,也是落實(shí)“一基四化”、實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)方式現(xiàn)代化的載體。本文全面回顧江蘇中煙師宗基地單元的成長(zhǎng)過程,認(rèn)真研究了云南師宗的基本條件、煙葉風(fēng)格特色、質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)及江蘇中煙“南京”品牌原料需求特點(diǎn),通過制定四定標(biāo)準(zhǔn),三師駐點(diǎn)全面落實(shí)三化要求,形成了基地?zé)熑~質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)引導(dǎo)機(jī)制,摸索出江蘇中煙師宗基地建設(shè)的模式,為今后提高基地建設(shè)水平提供參考。主要研究結(jié)果如下： (1)師宗煙葉香氣類型屬于清香型,香氣質(zhì)較好,香氣質(zhì)屬中+至中上檔次；香氣量中等至尚足；濃度適中,香氣較飄逸,煙氣細(xì)膩、綿長(zhǎng)、透發(fā)明快、濃度較高,有較強(qiáng)滿足感,整體感官質(zhì)量處于中上等水平；在“南京”配方中起平衡煙香、豐富煙香、細(xì)膩煙氣的作用。 (2)南京品牌卷煙對(duì)師宗煙葉的需求為煙葉香氣質(zhì)較好,香氣量較足、濃度適中,口感較好,在江蘇中、高檔煙中起到重要作用。 (3)“南京”品牌師宗基地單元建設(shè)以“定品牌、定區(qū)域、定品種、定技術(shù)”(“四定”)為基線,以“農(nóng)藝師到田頭、質(zhì)檢師到收購(gòu)站、配方師到打葉復(fù)烤廠”(“三師駐點(diǎn)”)為工作原則,以“原料供應(yīng)基地化、煙葉品質(zhì)特色化、生產(chǎn)方式現(xiàn)代化”(“三化”)為基本要求,主動(dòng)參與、深度介入煙葉生產(chǎn)、收購(gòu)等環(huán)節(jié),全面提高基地建設(shè)水平。 (4)江蘇中煙師宗基地建設(shè)采用“評(píng)價(jià)-引導(dǎo)-再評(píng)價(jià)-再引導(dǎo)機(jī)制”的煙葉質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系對(duì)基地?zé)熑~質(zhì)量形成閉環(huán)控制,充分發(fā)揮產(chǎn)區(qū)生態(tài)優(yōu)勢(shì),進(jìn)一步彰顯煙葉生態(tài)特色,為南京卷煙品牌的發(fā)展提供穩(wěn)定、高質(zhì)量的原料保障。 (5)以煙田就是“第一車間”的理念,建立由農(nóng)藝師、質(zhì)檢師、配方師、業(yè)務(wù)員四個(gè)崗位的人員組成項(xiàng)目組的運(yùn)行機(jī)制,作為企業(yè)原料供應(yīng)鏈上的基礎(chǔ)單元。 (6)以工業(yè)企業(yè)主導(dǎo)基地單元建設(shè)為切入點(diǎn)和平臺(tái),建立工商研合作模式的基地工作機(jī)制,不斷豐富基地建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵,使基地建設(shè)實(shí)現(xiàn)了由松散型向緊密型的轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:The guarantee level of tobacco raw materials is the basis of "cigarette level", and the base of raw material supply is to deepen the reform of tobacco resource allocation. Base unit is the basic operation unit to promote the construction of modern tobacco agriculture, and it is the carrier to deepen industrial and commercial cooperation and realize the base of raw material supply. It is the carrier to improve the quality characteristic level, to realize the characteristic quality of tobacco leaf, and also to carry out the "one base and four modernization" and to realize the modernization of the production mode. This paper reviews the growth process of the unit of Zhongyan Shizong Base in Jiangsu Province. The basic conditions of Yunnan Shizong, the characteristics of tobacco leaf style, the quality evaluation and the demand characteristics of Jiangsu Zhongyan "Nanjing" brand raw materials were studied carefully. Formed the base tobacco leaf quality evaluation guidance mechanism, groped out the Jiangsu Zhongyan Shizong base construction pattern, provided the reference for the future enhancement base construction level. The main research result is as follows: 1) the aroma type of Shizong tobacco leaves belongs to the fragrance type, the fragrance temperament is good, the fragrant temperament belongs to the middle to the middle grade; The quantity of aroma is medium enough; Moderate concentration, elegant aroma, fine smoke, long, transparent and bright, high concentration, strong sense of satisfaction, the overall sensory quality is in the middle and superior level; In the "Nanjing" formula to balance the aroma of smoke, rich smoke, delicate smoke role. 2) the demand of Nanjing brand cigarette for Shizong tobacco leaves is that the aroma quality of the leaves is better, the aroma quantity is adequate, the concentration is moderate, the taste is better, and it plays an important role in the middle and high grade tobacco in Jiangsu. "Nanjing" brand Shizong base unit construction with "fixed brand, fixed area, fixed variety, fixed technology" ("Siding") as the baseline, "agronomist to Tian Tou, quality inspector to purchase station." Formula division to beat leaves redrying factory "(" three divisions stop point ") as the working principle, with" raw materials supply base, tobacco quality characteristic, modern production mode "(" three turn ") as the basic requirements, active participation. Deeply involved in tobacco production, acquisition and other links to improve the level of base construction. 4) the evaluation system of tobacco leaf quality based on "appraising-guiding-revaluating-reguiding mechanism" was adopted in the construction of Zhongyan Shizong base in Jiangsu province, and the closed loop control of tobacco leaf quality was formed in the base, giving full play to the ecological advantages of the producing areas. Further highlight the ecological characteristics of tobacco leaves and provide a stable and high quality raw material guarantee for the development of Nanjing cigarette brand. 5) based on the idea that tobacco field is the "first workshop", the operating mechanism of the project team composed of four posts of agronomists, quality inspectors, formulators and salesmen is established. As the enterprise raw material supply chain on the basis of the unit. Take the industrial enterprise to lead the base unit construction as the breakthrough point and the platform, establishes the industrial and commercial research cooperation pattern the base work mechanism, unceasingly enriches the base construction connotation. The base construction has realized the transformation from loose type to tight type.
