【摘要】：2002年國家進行電力體制改革以來，發(fā)電行業(yè)逐步從壟斷的計劃經(jīng)濟體制轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楦偁幮缘氖袌鼋?jīng)濟體制。過去十年，發(fā)電行業(yè)經(jīng)歷了一段高速發(fā)展的時期，也對發(fā)電企業(yè)的融資工作提出了很高的要求。如何提高發(fā)電企業(yè)融資效率，拓展發(fā)電企業(yè)融資渠道，，降低發(fā)電企業(yè)融資成本一直是發(fā)電行業(yè)財務(wù)管理者探索和研究的問題。 HN發(fā)電公司成立于2007年9月，主要從事電力、熱力、煤炭、交通運輸?shù)认嚓P(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的開發(fā)、投資、建設(shè)和管理，目前注冊資本金為91962萬元。HN發(fā)電公司自成立以來短短5年間，在吉林省內(nèi)的電力項目機組總裝機容量141萬千瓦，總投資超過百億元，融資保障成為了公司迅速發(fā)展的堅實后盾。尤其在2008年全球經(jīng)濟危機爆發(fā)的時期，公司面臨錯綜復(fù)雜的融資環(huán)境，在保證傳統(tǒng)融資渠道暢通的同時，不斷追求融資方式多樣化，為項目建設(shè)提供了強有力的資金保障，同時節(jié)省了大量財務(wù)成本。 本文在研究國內(nèi)外融資發(fā)展主流的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)HN發(fā)電公司的基本情況和資金需求，分析了HN發(fā)電公司所面臨的融資環(huán)境，并結(jié)合HN發(fā)電公司融資中的主要問題提出了若干具體對策。 本文主要采用文獻分析法、理論和實際相結(jié)合的方法，通過對相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的分析和研究，在借鑒“會計學(xué)”、“財務(wù)管理學(xué)”等相關(guān)理論知識的基礎(chǔ)上，試圖通過對HN發(fā)電公司融資問題的分析探討，提出了一些建設(shè)性的思路和新的觀點。
[Abstract]:Since the reform of power system in 2002, the power generation industry has gradually changed from a monopoly planned economy system to a competitive market economy system. In the past ten years, the power generation industry has experienced a period of rapid development. How to improve the financing efficiency of power generation enterprises and expand the financing channels of power generation enterprises. Reducing the financing cost of power generation enterprises is always a problem for financial managers of power generation industry to explore and study. HN power generation company was established in September 2007, mainly engaged in the development, investment, construction and management of electricity, heat, coal, transportation and other related industries. At present, the registered capital is 919.62 million yuan. HN power generation company since the establishment of a short period of five years, the total installed capacity of power units in Jilin Province, one million four hundred and eleven thousand watts, the total investment of more than 10 billion yuan. Financing security has become a solid backing for the rapid development of the company. Especially in 2008 when the global economic crisis broke out, the company is faced with a complex financing environment, while ensuring the smooth flow of traditional financing channels. The diversification of financing means provides a strong financial guarantee for the project construction and saves a lot of financial costs at the same time. On the basis of studying the mainstream of domestic and international financing development, according to the basic situation and capital demand of HN power generation company, this paper analyzes the financing environment faced by HN power generation company. Combined with the main problems in the financing of HN power generation company, some concrete countermeasures are put forward. This article mainly uses the literature analysis method, the theory and the practice unifies the method, through to the correlation data analysis and the research, in uses for reference "the accounting", "the financial management" and so on related theory knowledge foundation. This paper tries to put forward some constructive ideas and new viewpoints by analyzing and discussing the financing problems of HN power generation company.
