【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)改革開放的不斷深化以及社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展，我國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境日益激烈，在推動(dòng)信息技術(shù)發(fā)展的同時(shí)，，也促使企業(yè)積極轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)的管理方法以及管理思想。煤炭物流系統(tǒng)作為煤炭公司管理體系中的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)，是連接煤炭生產(chǎn)與消費(fèi)的橋梁與紐帶。為了抑制煤炭物流活動(dòng)對(duì)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)的影響和加強(qiáng)資源的循環(huán)利用，實(shí)現(xiàn)煤炭公司物流系統(tǒng)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，必須從供應(yīng)鏈角度對(duì)現(xiàn)行煤炭公司物流系統(tǒng)加以改進(jìn)，建立一種供應(yīng)鏈整合共生型的煤炭物流供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)。攀枝花作為四川省的第一資源大市，在煤炭領(lǐng)域?yàn)槲覈?guó)做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)，但是，攀枝花部分煤礦公司卻存在一定的物流供應(yīng)鏈管理方面的問題和不足，一方面不能夠很好地保障自身的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作；另一方面也不能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)自身較高的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)，極大地影響到了攀枝花煤礦行業(yè)的發(fā)展。 本文主要開展關(guān)于攀枝花煤礦公司在物流供應(yīng)鏈管理方面的研究，一方面，本文結(jié)合現(xiàn)今供應(yīng)鏈管理的發(fā)展實(shí)際以及煤礦公司物流供應(yīng)鏈管理的具體實(shí)踐，有針對(duì)性地梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究以及煤炭企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理模式以及特點(diǎn)，構(gòu)建本文研究的理論基礎(chǔ)；另一方面，本文還以SJ煤礦公司為研究對(duì)象，從倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理、運(yùn)輸管理以及供應(yīng)鏈管理三個(gè)方面深入了解SJ煤礦公司在物流供應(yīng)鏈管理方面的實(shí)際現(xiàn)狀，從而剖析其在供應(yīng)鏈管理方面存在的主要問題和不足，發(fā)現(xiàn)攀枝花SJ煤礦公司存在倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理不當(dāng)，倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)效率較為低下、運(yùn)輸成本較高以及物流供應(yīng)鏈體系的信息化程度較低等問題，據(jù)此有針對(duì)性地從供應(yīng)物流、生產(chǎn)物流、銷售物流和管理體系等方面制定一系列的供應(yīng)鏈管理的改進(jìn)以及完善的策略，以期實(shí)現(xiàn)SJ煤礦公司在供應(yīng)鏈管理方面的優(yōu)化，保障SJ煤礦公司的高效、安全、連續(xù)運(yùn)作，提升其市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and the continuous development of social economy, the competitive environment of our socialist market economy is increasingly fierce, while promoting the development of information technology. It also urges enterprises to actively change the traditional management methods and management ideas. Coal logistics system as an important link in the management system of coal companies. In order to restrain the influence of coal logistics activities on the production and operation of enterprises and strengthen the recycling of resources, the sustainable development of logistics system of coal companies can be realized. It is necessary to improve the current coal company logistics system from the supply chain point of view and establish a supply chain integrated and symbiotic coal logistics supply chain system. Panzhihua is the largest resource market in Sichuan Province. In the coal field has made a great contribution to our country, however, Panzhihua coal mining companies have some problems and deficiencies in logistics supply chain management, on the one hand, can not protect their own production operation; On the other hand, the development of Panzhihua coal mine industry is greatly affected by the inability to realize its own higher market competitive advantage. This paper mainly about Panzhihua Coal Mine in the logistics supply chain management research, on the one hand, this paper combined with the current development of supply chain management and coal mine company logistics supply chain management practice. Combing the relevant research at home and abroad as well as the coal enterprise supply chain management model and characteristics, to build the theoretical basis of this study; On the other hand, this paper also takes SJ Coal Mine Company as the research object, from storage management, transportation management and supply chain management to understand the actual situation of SJ coal mining company in logistics supply chain management. In order to analyze the main problems and shortcomings in supply chain management, it is found that Panzhihua SJ Coal Mine has improper warehouse management and low storage efficiency. The transportation cost is high and the information level of the logistics supply chain system is low, according to this, supply logistics, production logistics. Sales logistics and management system and other aspects of a series of supply chain management improvements and improved strategies to achieve SJ coal mining company in the supply chain management optimization to ensure the efficiency of SJ coal mining company. Safety, continuous operation, enhance its competitive advantage in the market.
