【摘要】:二十一世紀(jì)以來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟持續(xù)快速的發(fā)展,工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程加快、人口增長,社會對資源的需求越來越大,我國成為資源耗費大國。能源和重要礦產(chǎn)資源已成為制約我國經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的“瓶頸”,實現(xiàn)地質(zhì)找礦突破就迫在眉睫。在社會發(fā)展的今天,西部地區(qū)的資源逐漸彰顯其優(yōu)勢,對西部地區(qū)礦產(chǎn)資源的發(fā)掘和開采不僅直接關(guān)系到我國地質(zhì)勘查事業(yè)的穩(wěn)定與發(fā)展,,也直接關(guān)系到我國經(jīng)濟建設(shè)的成敗與發(fā)展。振興地質(zhì)事業(yè)的發(fā)展離不開地勘員工支撐,而當(dāng)今社會人才流動性更自由,很多西部地區(qū)很多的行業(yè)留不住員工,大批的員工出現(xiàn)離職的行為,地勘行業(yè)也不例外,這一問題也逐漸受到社會各界的關(guān)注。因此本文采用問卷調(diào)查法了解西部地勘行業(yè)員工離職傾向的現(xiàn)狀,探討西部地勘員工的離職傾向影響因素,從實證的角度分析西部地勘行業(yè)員工的工作不安全感、工作滿意度對離職傾向的影響,研究結(jié)果如下: 1、西部地勘行業(yè)員工總體離職傾向偏高,年齡和性別對其沒有顯著影響,學(xué)歷、職稱、婚姻狀況對其具有顯著影響。地勘一線員工與高于非一線員工離職傾向差異顯著。 2、西部地勘行業(yè)員工工作滿意度總體中等偏高,內(nèi)在滿意度與外在滿意度差不大,工作滿意度與離職傾向呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān),西部地勘行業(yè)員工工作不安全感總體偏高。西部地勘行業(yè)員工工作不安全感與離職傾向呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。 3、工作滿意度、工作不安全感與離職傾向有顯著相關(guān)關(guān)系。內(nèi)在工作滿意度、外在工作滿意度、工作執(zhí)行不安全感、薪酬晉升不安全感以及人際關(guān)系不安全感聯(lián)合預(yù)測離職傾向的51.4%。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, with the sustained and rapid economic development, industrialization, urbanization, population growth, the social demand for resources is growing. China has become a large resource consuming country. Energy and important mineral resources have become the "bottleneck" that restricts the economic and social development of our country. It is urgent to realize the breakthrough of geological prospecting. The resources of the western region gradually show its advantages. The exploration and exploitation of the mineral resources in the western region is not only directly related to the stability and development of the geological exploration cause of our country. It is also directly related to the success or failure and development of the economic construction of our country. The development of revitalizing geological cause can not be separated from the support of geological prospecting staff, but nowadays the social talent mobility is freer, many western regions and many industries can not keep the staff. A large number of employees quit their jobs, geological prospecting industry is no exception, this problem has gradually been concerned by all walks of life. Therefore, this paper uses questionnaires to understand the status quo of turnover intention of geological prospecting workers in western China. This paper probes into the influencing factors of the turnover intention of the geological prospecting staff in western China, and analyzes the effects of job insecurity and job satisfaction on the turnover intention of the workers in the geological prospecting industry in the west from the perspective of empirical analysis. The results are as follows: 1. The general turnover intention of the staff in the geological prospecting industry in western China was high, but age and gender had no significant influence on it. Marital status has a significant impact on it. There are significant differences in turnover intention between front-line and non-first-line employees. 2, the overall job satisfaction of the employees in the geological prospecting industry in western China is relatively high, the difference between internal satisfaction and external satisfaction is not significant, and there is a significant negative correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention. The work insecurity of the staff in the geological prospecting industry in western China is on the high side, and there is a significant negative correlation between the job insecurity and the turnover intention of the workers in the geological prospecting industry in the western region. 3, job satisfaction, job insecurity and turnover intention have significant correlation. Internal job satisfaction, external job satisfaction, job execution insecurity. Salary and promotion insecurity and interpersonal insecurity combined to predict turnover intention 51.4.
