【摘要】：石油是重要的能源產(chǎn)品,在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中有著不可替代的作用。我國(guó)煉油企業(yè)在新中國(guó)成立后,特別是革新開(kāi)放以來(lái),得到了快速發(fā)展,取得了舉世矚目的成績(jī)。延長(zhǎng)石油集團(tuán)榆林煉油廠是陜西延長(zhǎng)石油(集團(tuán))有限責(zé)任公司的下屬煉油化工企業(yè)之一,主要負(fù)責(zé)煉油、化工生產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)和項(xiàng)目建設(shè)任務(wù)。經(jīng)過(guò)陜北石油企業(yè)兩次重組及“十一五”期間快速發(fā)展,裝置生產(chǎn)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)和質(zhì)量大幅提升,企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力顯著增強(qiáng)。但與此同時(shí),榆林煉油廠生產(chǎn)裝置單套加工能力小,能耗物耗較大,生產(chǎn)成本較高,部分裝置老舊,技術(shù)相對(duì)落后,如何改善這種不利情況,以應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)大型煉油企業(yè)和國(guó)外跨國(guó)公司的挑戰(zhàn),統(tǒng)籌謀劃好未來(lái)發(fā)展,成為榆林煉油廠從上到下關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。本文作者對(duì)延長(zhǎng)石油集團(tuán)榆林煉油廠進(jìn)行了實(shí)地考察和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)收集,對(duì)世界和我國(guó)煉油工業(yè)的發(fā)展近況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究,結(jié)合所學(xué)的戰(zhàn)略管理理論,進(jìn)行了SWOT淺析,提出了榆林煉油廠的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,并提出了有關(guān)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施和控制的方法。本文的研究,對(duì)延長(zhǎng)石油榆林煉油廠的戰(zhàn)略管理具有一定的參考價(jià)值,并希望能對(duì)其它煉油企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略研究有參考作用。
[Abstract]:Petroleum is an important energy product and plays an irreplaceable role in the national economy. After the founding of New China, especially since the reform and opening up, oil refining enterprises in China have been developing rapidly. Yulin Refinery of Yanchang Petroleum Group is one of the subsidiary refineries of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum (Group) Co., Ltd., which is mainly responsible for refining. Chemical production business and project construction tasks. After two reorganization of petroleum enterprises in Northern Shaanxi and rapid development during the "11th Five-Year Plan" period, the production scale of the plant has been continuously expanded, and the product structure and quality have been greatly improved. But at the same time, the production unit in Yulin Refinery has small processing capacity, large energy consumption, high production cost, some units are old and old, and the technology is relatively backward. How to improve this kind of adverse situation in order to meet the challenges of large domestic oil refining enterprises and foreign multinational companies and to plan the future development as a whole. Yulin Oil Refinery has become the focus of attention from top to bottom. The author of Yulin Oil Group Yulin Oil Refinery conducted a field investigation and field data collection. This paper investigates and studies the development of oil refining industry in the world and our country, carries on SWOT analysis, and puts forward the strategic goal and strategic plan of Yulin Refinery combined with the strategic management theory studied. The research in this paper has some reference value for the strategic management of Yulin Oil Refinery and hopes to be helpful to the strategic research of other refineries.
