【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟一體化的快速發(fā)展和競爭的加劇,企業(yè)之間的競爭在實質(zhì)上是供應鏈管理水平的競爭,庫存控制水平作為整個供應鏈管理中的重要內(nèi)容,由于能夠提高企業(yè)的競爭力,近年來受到越來越多的關(guān)注。 為維持企業(yè)的正常運轉(zhuǎn),必須保持一定量的庫存。如果庫存過高,,雖然提高了準時交付率但增加了倉儲費用,降低了庫存周轉(zhuǎn)率;但庫存過低,又將造成不能準時交付,降低客戶滿意度。因此,如何設定合適的庫存量以及如何進行庫存管理來提升利潤和企業(yè)競爭力,,成為了眾多企業(yè)關(guān)注的核心問題。 本文以DSCG天津公司為主要的研究對象,分析其在庫存管理中的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題。文章首先回顧了庫存管理相關(guān)的理論知識,包括庫存、庫存控制、物料分類和看板管理等內(nèi)容。在對現(xiàn)狀的分析中發(fā)現(xiàn)庫存的主要來源、物料的ABC分級的不足和看板管理在實際中的運用。 針對目前庫存管理中存在的不足,提出了具體的改善方向。 主要包括將物料的ABC分級由原僅以采購金額為標準,增加綜合考慮其他重要的影響因素,對物料分級的結(jié)果進行微調(diào)。 在看板管理中,通過對看板卡的重新設計和看板卡運轉(zhuǎn)流程的優(yōu)化,實現(xiàn)庫存的降低和對看板卡狀態(tài)的準確把握。 此外,還提出了其他影響庫存管理重要因素的改善。包括需求預測、供應商關(guān)系管理等。希望通過多種途徑的改善,實現(xiàn)庫存管理水平的提升。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of global economic integration and the intensification of competition, competition among enterprises is essentially the competition of supply chain management level, inventory control level as an important part of the whole supply chain management. Due to the ability to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, more and more attention has been paid in recent years. In order to maintain the normal operation of the enterprise, a certain amount of inventory must be maintained. If the inventory is too high, it will increase the on-time delivery rate but increase the storage cost and reduce the inventory turnover ratio. However, if the inventory is too low, it will not be delivered on time and reduce customer satisfaction. Therefore, how to set the appropriate inventory and how to manage the inventory to improve the profits and competitiveness of enterprises. Has become the core issue that many enterprises pay close attention to. In this paper, DSCG Tianjin Company as the main research object, analyze its current situation and existing problems in inventory management. Firstly, this paper reviews the relevant theoretical knowledge of inventory management, including inventory, inventory control. Material classification and Kanban management. In the analysis of the current situation, the main sources of inventory, the shortage of ABC classification of materials and the application of Kanban management in practice. Aiming at the deficiency of inventory management at present, the concrete improvement direction is put forward. It mainly includes that the ABC classification of materials should only be based on the purchase amount, and the results of material classification should be fine-tuned by taking other important factors into account. In Kanban management, by redesigning the Kanban card and optimizing the operation flow of Kanban card, the inventory is reduced and the state of Kanban card is accurately grasped. In addition, other important factors affecting inventory management, including demand forecasting, supplier relationship management and so on, are also proposed. It is hoped that the level of inventory management can be improved through various ways.
