【摘要】:市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷是鋁工業(yè)企業(yè)管理的重要職能之一。在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化快速發(fā)展的大背景下,隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的不斷發(fā)展,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,營(yíng)銷工作已經(jīng)越來(lái)越受到企業(yè)重視。當(dāng)今世界,鋁加工材市場(chǎng)逐漸趨向飽和,市場(chǎng)發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)越來(lái)越好的同時(shí),發(fā)展環(huán)境也更加激烈,不斷變幻莫測(cè)的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境促使鋁加工材市場(chǎng)出現(xiàn)更多深層次的矛盾,尤其是在發(fā)展中還存在人力成本上升,企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力下降;產(chǎn)能無(wú)序擴(kuò)大,供大于求,行業(yè)整體利潤(rùn);行業(yè)自主研發(fā)能力較差;產(chǎn)品形式缺乏系統(tǒng)化等突出問(wèn)題。 本文試通過(guò)運(yùn)用所學(xué)的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷專業(yè)知識(shí),對(duì)我國(guó)鋁工業(yè)企業(yè)中鋁加工材市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,找出存在問(wèn)題和不足,在進(jìn)一步研究國(guó)內(nèi)外鋁加工材市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷管理發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上,擬結(jié)合當(dāng)前山東能源肥礦集團(tuán)泰山鋁業(yè)公司鋁加工材市場(chǎng)形勢(shì)及企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,提出切實(shí)可行的具有針對(duì)性市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷對(duì)策。 該文指出,泰山鋁業(yè)公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱泰鋁)要盡快實(shí)現(xiàn)由生產(chǎn)觀念向市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變;要以營(yíng)銷為中心,對(duì)鋁產(chǎn)品營(yíng)銷業(yè)務(wù)流程加以改造;要實(shí)施全面質(zhì)量管理,提高鋁產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量;要大力實(shí)施服務(wù)營(yíng)銷,把客戶滿意作為服務(wù)營(yíng)銷的最高追求;要積極運(yùn)用客戶關(guān)系管理工具,鞏固發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略客戶,,提高市場(chǎng)占有率。通過(guò)上述手段,推動(dòng)鋁工業(yè)企業(yè)適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)大環(huán)境,加強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷管理,加快解決鋁工業(yè)企業(yè)深層次矛盾與問(wèn)題,提升企業(yè)管理水平,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Marketing is one of the important functions of the management of aluminum industry enterprises. Under the background of the rapid development of the world economic globalization, with the continuous development of the socialist market economy in China, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. The marketing work has been paid more and more attention by enterprises. In the world, the market of aluminum processing materials is gradually saturated, and the market development base is getting better and better. At the same time, the development environment is more and more intense. The ever-changing market environment makes the aluminum processing material market appear more and more deep-seated contradictions, especially in the development of human costs are also rising, the competitiveness of enterprises decline; The capacity expands disorderly, the supply exceeds the demand, the industry overall profit is thin; The independent R & D ability of the industry is poor; Product form lacks systematization and so on outstanding problem. This paper tries to use the professional knowledge of marketing to analyze the current situation of aluminum processing material marketing management in Chinese aluminum industry enterprises and find out the existing problems and shortcomings. On the basis of further research on the development trend of marketing management of aluminum processing materials at home and abroad, this paper intends to combine the current market situation of aluminum processing materials and the present situation of enterprises in Shandong Energy Fertilizer Mining Group Taishan Aluminum Industry Company. The paper puts forward practical and effective marketing countermeasures. This paper points out that Taishan Aluminum Company (hereinafter referred to as Taishan Aluminium) should realize the change from production concept to marketing concept as soon as possible. We should take marketing as the center and reform the business process of aluminum product marketing. To implement total quality management to improve the quality of aluminum products; We should vigorously implement service marketing, regard customer satisfaction as the highest pursuit of service marketing; We should actively use customer relationship management tools, consolidate the development of strategic customers, increase market share, through the above-mentioned means to promote aluminum industry enterprises to adapt to the market economy environment, strengthen marketing management. It is necessary to speed up the solution of deep-seated contradictions and problems in aluminum industry enterprises, improve the management level of enterprises, strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises, and realize the sustainable development of enterprises.
