【摘要】:煤炭是我國國民經濟發(fā)展的重要基礎能源,煤炭行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展關系著人民群眾的日常生活,關系著電力、鋼鐵、化工、建材等涉及國計民生的基礎產業(yè)及相關產業(yè)的發(fā)展;近年來,隨著信息化、物聯網、通訊技術的飛速發(fā)展,煤炭企業(yè)應用先進技術改造傳統(tǒng)產業(yè),促進信息化與工業(yè)化深度融合,提升了安全管理、經營管控水平。煤炭企業(yè)信息化水平已成為衡量煤炭工業(yè)現代化水平的重要標志之一。 本文通過深入研究分析煤炭行業(yè)及信息化發(fā)展現狀和趨勢,結合山東能源集團信息化建設情況,從信息化評估、戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、信息化建設等幾個方面提出適合山能集團的信息化建設策略,為煤炭行業(yè)和信息化實施廠商提供了有益參考。 筆者認為,推進企業(yè)信息化建設必須與全面體制創(chuàng)新、機制創(chuàng)新、管理創(chuàng)新相結合,必須以企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理為指導,從解決企業(yè)突出問題入手,總體策劃,分步實施、重點突破、以點帶面;企業(yè)信息化建設的成敗,各級“一把手”的決心和認識至關重要;要把企業(yè)信息化建設過程作為實施管理革命,,實現業(yè)務流程再造,提升管理績效的過程;企業(yè)信息化建設成功的一個重要前提是選擇一個好的戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴,能否選準一個理論經驗豐富、實施實力深厚的企業(yè)信息化解決方案的提供商和軟件開發(fā)商是信息化建設成敗的重要前提。 筆者建議,在當今信息技術和物聯網技術條件下,建設全面標準化化智慧礦山綜合信息平臺,以信息化綜合集成融合的一攬子解決方案來解決目前煤炭企業(yè)的信息化需求,有效避免重復建設和投資浪費是煤炭企業(yè)信息化建設的最佳選擇。
[Abstract]:Coal is an important basic energy for the development of our national economy. The healthy development of coal industry is related to the daily life of the people, power, iron and steel, chemical industry. Building materials and other basic industries related to the national economy and people's livelihood and the development of related industries; In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, Internet of things, communication technology, coal enterprises apply advanced technology to transform traditional industries, promote the integration of information and industrialization, and improve safety management. The level of management and control. The level of information of coal enterprises has become one of the important symbols to measure the level of modernization of coal industry. Through in-depth study and analysis of the coal industry and the development of information technology and trends, combined with Shandong Energy Group information construction, from the informatization evaluation, strategic planning. This paper puts forward the strategy of informatization construction suitable for Shannon Group in several aspects such as information construction, which provides a useful reference for the coal industry and the manufacturers of informatization implementation. The author believes that the promotion of enterprise information construction must be combined with overall system innovation, mechanism innovation and management innovation, and must be guided by enterprise strategic management, starting with solving outstanding problems of enterprises and overall planning. Step by step implementation, key breakthrough, point to face; The success or failure of enterprise information construction, the determination and understanding of "top leaders" at all levels is very important; The process of enterprise information construction should be regarded as the process of implementing management revolution, realizing business process reengineering and improving management performance. An important prerequisite for the success of enterprise information construction is to select a good strategic partner, whether to select a theoretical experience. The provider and software developer of strong enterprise informatization solution are the important prerequisite for the success or failure of information construction. The author suggests that under the condition of information technology and Internet of things, the comprehensive information platform of comprehensive standardized intelligent mine should be built. It is the best choice to solve the information demand of coal enterprises by a package solution of integrated integration and integration of information technology, and to avoid repeated construction and investment waste effectively.
