【摘要】：：隨著市場經(jīng)濟的深化和企業(yè)管理的精細化,企業(yè)經(jīng)營者越來越關(guān)注采購的管理,采購管理已成為提高企業(yè)利潤率的重要源泉之一。然而,作為企業(yè)采購物料一部分的非生產(chǎn)性物料,并沒有得到經(jīng)營者的足夠重視,通常沒有固定的采購部門和專業(yè)的采購人員,其采購沒有得到有效地管理,給企業(yè)的運營帶來了一定程度的影響。因此,非生產(chǎn)性物料采購管理的研究具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文先闡述了采購理論和非生產(chǎn)物料的相關(guān)知識；通過引入戰(zhàn)略采購和總成本控制理論,對SY公司非生產(chǎn)性物料的采購展開研究,分析其采用總部集中招標難以發(fā)揮規(guī)模集采效用、流程長效率低、頻繁招標浪費人物財力、追求低采購成本忽視使用成本等管理現(xiàn)狀；從而通過建立新的采購新平臺,提出全壽命周期總成本控制、物料分類規(guī)模集采、建立良好的供需環(huán)境、進行戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟等改進措施；有效地改善了SY公司非生產(chǎn)性物料采購目前的困境,并取得了一定成果。 在本文研究中,通過理論與實踐的結(jié)合,進一步完善了非生產(chǎn)性物料的采購管理理論與方法：①采用總成本控制理論,使用綜合評分折換成溢價系數(shù)的中標方法,是現(xiàn)代成本控制理論與實際工作情況相結(jié)合產(chǎn)物；②對物料進行ABC分類管理,簽訂戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議,深化合作內(nèi)容,進行參股、扶助上市從而獲得較好的收益,是對現(xiàn)代供應(yīng)商管理內(nèi)涵的延伸和補充。③保證招標的公正性,建立良好的供需關(guān)系,是市場機制良性運行的要求,也是企業(yè)參與市場有效競爭必須改善的地方。
[Abstract]:Fine: with the deepening of the market economy and enterprise management, enterprise managers pay more and more attention to the management of procurement, procurement management has become an important source of increasing profit margins. However, as the material of non production purchasing material part, and not enough attention by operators, usually not fixed and the purchasing department professional procurement personnel, procurement has not been effectively managed, brought to a certain extent to the enterprise operation. Therefore, has the important practical significance of non production material purchasing management.
This paper first describes the relevant knowledge of purchasing theory and non production materials; through the introduction of strategic procurement and cost control theory, the SY company of non production material purchasing, analysis the headquarters bidding difficult to play a scale in effect, long-term flow rate is low, the frequent financial waste bidding procurement cost figures, the pursuit of low neglect the use situation of cost management; and through the establishment of new purchasing new platform, put forward the total cost of life cycle control, material classification scale Jicai, establish a good supply and demand environment, strategic alliances and other improvement measures; effectively improve the SY company's non production material purchasing difficulties at present, and has made some achievements.
In this paper, through the combination of theory and practice, to further improve the purchasing management theory and method of non production material: the total cost control theory, using comprehensive score converted into the bid premium coefficient method, is the modern cost control theory and the actual work situation of the combination of the product; ABC classification management the material, signed a strategic cooperation agreement to deepen cooperation, support the listed shares, thereby gaining a better return, is the extension and complement of the supplier management connotation. Ensure the fairness of bidding, establish a good relationship between supply and demand, is the requirement of the benign operation of the market mechanism, but also for enterprises to participate in market competition must be effective improvements.
