【摘要】：改革開放以來，廣東經濟快速增長，產業(yè)升級初見成效，已全面進入經濟社會發(fā)展轉型期。作為廣東戰(zhàn)略性產業(yè)的生產性服務業(yè)和裝備制造業(yè)，其發(fā)展水平對促進廣東經濟發(fā)展方式轉變、現(xiàn)代產業(yè)體系構建和產業(yè)國際競爭力提高都具有重大的影響。同時制造業(yè)是生產性服務業(yè)逐漸發(fā)展壯大的有力支撐，裝備制造業(yè)是制造業(yè)的先進部門，對生產性服務業(yè)中技術和知識密集行業(yè)的發(fā)展有著較大的推動作用。而生產性服務業(yè)不僅作為中間投入在滿足裝備制造業(yè)發(fā)展需求，而且能加快裝備制造業(yè)的優(yōu)化升級進程，兩個產業(yè)之間出現(xiàn)顯著互動和融合趨勢。因此，研究廣東生產性服務業(yè)和裝備制造業(yè)的互動關系有著重要的意義。 本文首先從社會分工、交易成本、產業(yè)關聯(lián)、價值鏈理論對產業(yè)互動進行理論分析，同時，分析不同互動發(fā)展階段兩個產業(yè)之間的關系，敘述了國內外研究生產性服務業(yè)和制造業(yè)互動的主要文獻，總結了目前關于產業(yè)互動實證結論；其次，分析廣東生產性服務業(yè)與裝備制造業(yè)現(xiàn)狀，為證明生產性服務業(yè)與裝備制造業(yè)存在互動提供現(xiàn)實依據；再次，實證分析廣東生產性服務業(yè)與裝備制造的互動關系。在2002年、2007年《廣東投入產出表》的基礎上用投入產出分析法，分析短期靜態(tài)產業(yè)之間的互動關系和產業(yè)內部各行業(yè)之間的互動基本情況；在此基礎上，再利用1994-2012年的廣東生產性服務業(yè)與裝備制造業(yè)統(tǒng)計數(shù)據，建立VAR模型，通過格蘭杰因果檢驗、脈沖響應分析和方差分解，分析長期動態(tài)產業(yè)之間的互動關系和趨勢，了解相互影響程度。實證結果顯示：廣東生產性服務業(yè)與裝備制造業(yè)之間存在互動關系，，并且互動處于萌芽和起步階段，但長期來看兩個產業(yè)之間互動程度存在不斷加深的趨勢。裝備制造業(yè)對生產性服務業(yè)的需求拉動作用大于生產性服務業(yè)對裝備制造業(yè)的供給推動作用。最后，將研究結論與其他現(xiàn)有結論進行比較分析，并有針對性地提出促進廣東生產性服務業(yè)與裝備制造業(yè)互動發(fā)展的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, Guangdong has witnessed rapid economic growth and industrial upgrading, and has entered the transition period of economic and social development. As a strategic industry in Guangdong, producer services and equipment manufacturing industries have been developed. Its level of development has a great impact on the transformation of Guangdong's economic development mode, the construction of modern industrial system and the improvement of industrial international competitiveness. At the same time, the manufacturing industry is the strong support for the gradual development and growth of producer services. The equipment manufacturing industry is the advanced department of the manufacturing industry. It plays an important role in promoting the development of technology and knowledge-intensive industries in producer services, and producer services are not only used as intermediate inputs to meet the development needs of equipment manufacturing industry. Moreover, it can speed up the process of optimization and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry, and there is a significant interaction and fusion trend between the two industries. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the interactive relationship between producer service industry and equipment manufacturing industry in Guangdong. Firstly, this paper analyzes the relationship between the two industries from the social division of labor, transaction costs, industrial linkages, value chain theory, and the relationship between the two industries at different stages of interactive development. The main literatures on the interaction between producer services and manufacturing industry at home and abroad are described, and the empirical conclusions about industrial interaction are summarized. Secondly, it analyzes the present situation of producer service industry and equipment manufacturing industry in Guangdong province, and provides a realistic basis for proving the interaction between producer service industry and equipment manufacturing industry. Thirdly, empirical analysis of the interaction between producer services and equipment manufacturing in Guangdong. In 2002, 2007, on the basis of the "Guangdong input-output table" using input-output analysis. Analyze the interaction between the short-term static industry and the basic situation of the interaction between the industries within the industry; On this basis, using the statistical data of Guangdong producer services and equipment manufacturing industry from 1994 to 2012, the VAR model is established, and the Granger causality test, impulse response analysis and variance decomposition are adopted. This paper analyzes the interaction and trend between the long-term dynamic industries and understands the degree of mutual influence. The empirical results show that there is an interactive relationship between producer services and equipment manufacturing industry in Guangdong. And interaction is in its infancy and infancy. But in the long run, there is a tendency to deepen the interaction between the two industries. The demand pull effect of equipment manufacturing industry is greater than the supply promotion role of producer service industry. Finally. This paper compares the conclusions with other existing conclusions and puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the interactive development of producer service industry and equipment manufacturing industry in Guangdong.
