【摘要】：隨著21世紀(jì)經(jīng)濟(jì)越來越平面化,以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的高速的發(fā)展,在世界上的各種行業(yè)之間行業(yè)之內(nèi)的競爭都越來越激烈,并且,除此之外,全世界來說,石油是現(xiàn)在目前存在的一大相當(dāng)緊缺的難題,主要原因的現(xiàn)狀世界能源的狀況完全不容樂觀,能源越來越少,環(huán)境方面,環(huán)境的狀況也是越來越惡化的,由此在一系列如此新的局勢的變換,以及新的背景條件之下,對于云天化集團(tuán)X分公司來說,他們?nèi)绾文軌蛟谀壳靶蝿莶⒉皇翘玫那闆r,在如此激烈的競爭形勢下,讓自己能夠突出、占有一席之地,并且自己的發(fā)展情況一路順當(dāng),有了自己獨(dú)特的特點(diǎn),從而領(lǐng)導(dǎo)企業(yè)進(jìn)行競爭。 本文在立足于分析以云天化集團(tuán)X分公司,以競爭力的相關(guān)思路為奠定導(dǎo)向,以云天化集團(tuán)X分公司核心競爭力為主線,對于云天化集團(tuán)X分公司的一些具體問題進(jìn)行具體的分析,主要運(yùn)用的方式為模糊綜合評價法,對于云天化集團(tuán)X公司的一些現(xiàn)在存在的問題用了SWOT法進(jìn)行了討論,用一系列指標(biāo)對于X公司在全球的地位進(jìn)行分析,從而給出了具體的討論方法,經(jīng)過這一系列分析之后對于云天化集團(tuán)X公司來說,如何讓它在世界水平更具有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力,從而能夠在全球的競爭中占有比較具體影響力的地位。對本文來說,它主要以云天化集團(tuán)X公司作為事例代表,具體目標(biāo)是對企業(yè)來說,能夠具體的提出一系列有效的方式來幫助我國的像云天化集團(tuán)X公司一樣的公司來提升他們的核心競爭力,讓他們在全球企業(yè)中具有影響力,能夠?qū)ξ覈膰鴥?nèi)生產(chǎn)總值貢獻(xiàn)自己的一份力量。
[Abstract]:With the twenty-first Century economy more and more flat, and the rapid development of the Internet, within the industry between various industries in the world, the competition is increasingly fierce, and, in addition, the whole world, oil is now present a considerable shortage problem, the main reason of the present situation of the world energy situation is not completely optimistic, less energy, environment, environmental situation is worsening, resulting in a series of such new situation and new transformation under the background conditions, for Yuntianhua group X company, how they can in the current situation is not very good, in the fierce competition next, let oneself can occupy a space for one person, outstanding, and their own development road smoothly, has its own unique characteristics, thus leading the enterprise competition.
In this paper, based on the analysis of the Yuntianhua group X company, with the related ideas of competitiveness for guidance, to X Yuntianhua group company's core competitiveness as the main line, detailed analysis for some specific problems of Yuntianhua group X company, mainly using the way of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for some existing problems of the sky group X company using the SWOT method are discussed, using a series of indicators for the analysis of X company's position in the world, which presents a discussion of specific methods, after a series of analysis for Yuntianhua group X company, how to make it have more leadership in the world level, so as to be able to share more specific influence on the global competition status. In this article, it is mainly to Yuntianhua group X company as a case, the specific objectives are to the enterprise, can out The proposed a series of effective ways to help our country like Yuntianhua group like X's company to improve their core competitiveness, so that they have influence in the global enterprise, to a strength of GDP contribution to our own.
