【摘要】：近年來，國家重點發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性產(chǎn)業(yè)之一的現(xiàn)代物流越來越受到政府、物流行業(yè)以及各個企業(yè)的重視。尤其是第三方物流在國內(nèi)的飛速發(fā)展，它提供的服務(wù)使得用戶之間的戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟、伙伴關(guān)系更為一體化、長期化的轉(zhuǎn)變，尤其是在服務(wù)鏈中的項目不斷延伸，專業(yè)化服務(wù)能力越來越強方面已經(jīng)展現(xiàn)出積極發(fā)展的態(tài)勢，對物流提供的服務(wù)內(nèi)容，還有物流企業(yè)的經(jīng)營模式等等方面已經(jīng)發(fā)生很大的改變，這些變革是具有深遠意義的。但對長期依附于對外貿(mào)易的傳統(tǒng)貨代業(yè)務(wù)提出挑戰(zhàn)，生存空間越來越小，貨代行業(yè)之間競爭日益激烈，利潤空間被限制，傳統(tǒng)貨代業(yè)務(wù)面臨舉步維艱地步。 中山市以“一鎮(zhèn)一品”的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群為特色，其中古鎮(zhèn)是聞名中外的“中山燈飾之都”，現(xiàn)已成為世界性幾大著名燈飾專業(yè)市場之一，是國內(nèi)最大的燈飾專業(yè)生產(chǎn)基地和批發(fā)市場，年產(chǎn)值超千億元。古鎮(zhèn)的第三方物流是在古鎮(zhèn)的燈飾產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來的，雖然這些年發(fā)展迅速，但也存在“小、少、弱、散”的現(xiàn)象。規(guī)模小，，服務(wù)功能少，增值服務(wù)薄弱，物流信息管理比較落后，物流管理和流通體制被分割，同時出現(xiàn)了物流企業(yè)扣押提單、卷款潛逃、惡性競爭等，面臨巨大的信任危機。本文從古鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)有燈飾物流發(fā)展，以物流需求為導(dǎo)向，并利用SWOT方法進一步分析古鎮(zhèn)燈飾物流平臺，鑒于燈飾區(qū)域經(jīng)濟與區(qū)域物流相輔相成的經(jīng)濟關(guān)系，得出建設(shè)古鎮(zhèn)燈飾物流平臺的必要性。并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出古鎮(zhèn)燈飾物流平臺的六大建設(shè)體系策略，包括物流平臺作業(yè)設(shè)施、信息系統(tǒng)、運輸方式、控制中心、人力資源管理、誠信體系建立等方面做進一步的闡述。尤其是對其中的信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)方面，提出了切實的模式，體現(xiàn)在訂單管理、倉儲管理還有客服信息系統(tǒng)三大方面。對于影響古鎮(zhèn)很大的物流誠信問題，提出了淺顯的借鑒思路，就是在平臺建立誠信體系，進一步加強他們對我們物流平臺的信心，同時也培養(yǎng)物流公司及其他人員的誠信，這樣對古鎮(zhèn)燈飾的物流市場有極大的促進作用。 論文選擇物流平臺作為研究主題就在于：分析古鎮(zhèn)物流的現(xiàn)有運作模式和物流需求，搭建燈飾物流平臺的建設(shè)策略，從而促進古鎮(zhèn)燈飾產(chǎn)品規(guī)模化經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, modern logistics, one of the key strategic industries developed by the country, has been paid more and more attention by the government, logistics industry and various enterprises, especially the rapid development of third party logistics in China. It provides services that lead to a more integrated and long-term transformation of strategic alliances, partnerships, and, in particular, the extension of projects in the service chain. More and more professional service capacity has shown a positive development situation, the content of services provided by logistics, as well as the business model of logistics enterprises has changed a lot. These changes are of far-reaching significance, but they challenge the traditional freight forwarding business which depends on foreign trade for a long time. The living space is becoming smaller and smaller, the competition between freight forwarding industries is becoming increasingly fierce, and the profit space is restricted. Traditional freight forwarding business is facing a difficult situation. Zhongshan City is characterized by the industrial cluster of "one Town, one Product", among which the ancient town is the famous "Zhongshan Lighting Capital" and has become one of the most famous lighting professional markets in the world. It is the largest professional lighting production base and wholesale market in China, with an annual output value of more than 100 billion yuan. The third party logistics of the ancient town is developed on the basis of the lighting industry cluster of the ancient town, although it has developed rapidly these years. But there is also the phenomenon of "small, little, weak, scattered". The scale is small, the service function is small, the value-added service is weak, the logistics information management is relatively backward, and the logistics management and circulation system is divided. At the same time, logistics enterprises have seized bills of lading, absconded, vicious competition and so on, facing a huge trust crisis. And the use of SWOT method to further analyze the ancient town lighting logistics platform, in view of the lighting regional economy and regional logistics complementary economic relationship. Draw the necessity of building ancient town lighting logistics platform, and on this basis put forward six construction system strategies of ancient town lighting logistics platform, including logistics platform operation facilities, information systems, transportation mode, control center. Human resources management, integrity system establishment and other aspects of further elaboration. Especially for the information system construction, put forward a practical model, reflected in the order management. Warehouse management and customer service information system three aspects. For the impact of the ancient town of great logistics integrity issues, put forward a simple idea for reference, is to establish a credibility system in the platform. To further strengthen their confidence in our logistics platform, but also to cultivate the integrity of logistics companies and other personnel, which will greatly promote the logistics market of ancient town lighting. The thesis chooses the logistics platform as the research topic lies in:. This paper analyzes the existing operation mode and logistics demand of the ancient town logistics, sets up the construction strategy of the lighting logistics platform, and thus promotes the large-scale economic development of the lighting products in the ancient town.
