【摘要】：近數(shù)十年來(lái)，中國(guó)汽車行業(yè)進(jìn)入高速增長(zhǎng)階段。加油站成為了人們必須光顧的場(chǎng)所。石油市場(chǎng)放開(kāi)以后，，各類油企短兵相接的態(tài)勢(shì)無(wú)可避免，加油站憑借粗放式管理即可獲取巨大利潤(rùn)的時(shí)代已經(jīng)過(guò)去。 在嚴(yán)峻的形勢(shì)下，加油站如何通過(guò)精細(xì)化的用工管理來(lái)提升企業(yè)的管理水平，降低人工成本，改善用工效率成為我們面臨的課題和難題。 本文以中油黑龍江農(nóng)墾石油有限公司（以下簡(jiǎn)稱中油農(nóng)墾）加油站為研究對(duì)象，分析了公司在加油站用工管理中存在的問(wèn)題和原因，綜合運(yùn)用精細(xì)化管理思想、服務(wù)利潤(rùn)鏈、服務(wù)質(zhì)量差距模型、德?tīng)柗茖＜曳�、測(cè)時(shí)寫(xiě)實(shí)等相關(guān)理論及方法，對(duì)加油站業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化和浪費(fèi)環(huán)節(jié)控制方面進(jìn)行了深入探討，針對(duì)性解決加油站服務(wù)效率低下，工時(shí)嚴(yán)重浪費(fèi)等問(wèn)題，推動(dòng)了中油農(nóng)墾加油站的用工精細(xì)化管理。最終本文探討了用工精細(xì)化管理的實(shí)施保障體系，從企業(yè)機(jī)制、政策制度、文化建設(shè)、人財(cái)物管理多方面給予支持和保障。這些都有力支持了中油農(nóng)墾加油站用工精細(xì)化管理的實(shí)施，為增強(qiáng)中油農(nóng)墾的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提供了充分支持。 本文對(duì)相關(guān)行業(yè)及同行業(yè)中其他企業(yè)的用工管理具有一定的參考價(jià)值和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In recent decades, China automobile industry entered a phase of rapid growth. The gas station has become the people must visit places. After the oil market liberalization, various oil companies can not avoid fight hand to hand with the situation, with extensive management to obtain huge profits era has been to the gas station.
Under severe circumstances, how to improve the management level, reduce labor cost and improve efficiency is a problem and difficult problem faced by gas stations through meticulous employment management.
In this paper, in Heilongjiang Nongken Petroleum Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as the oil and gas station reclamation) as the research object, analyzes the problems and reasons in the labor management in the gas station, the integrated use of fine management, service profit chain, service quality gap model, expert Delphy method, and the method of realistic theory test, the gas station business process optimization and waste control are discussed, and solve the low efficiency problem of service gas station, work serious waste, promote the fine management of labor in Nongken gas station. This paper discusses the final refined management of the labor security system implementation, from the enterprise mechanism, policy system, culture the construction of many aspects of property management support and protection. These are the strong support of the CPC to implement fine management of the farm labor gas station, in order to enhance agricultural oil The core competitiveness of reclamation provides full support.
This paper has a certain reference value and reference significance for the management of the related industries and other enterprises in the same industry.
