【摘要】：自20世紀90年代以來,生態(tài)補償不僅限于理論層面,各地區(qū)相繼進入了實踐階段,因此相關專家學者對生態(tài)補償現(xiàn)象作了大量的案例調查和研究。我國的生態(tài)補償實踐主要是在流域、森林、礦產資源方面展開,且大部分的研究都是站在宏觀層面,很少涉及微觀企業(yè)層面生態(tài)補償標準的探討。文章以火力發(fā)電企業(yè)為例,從微觀企業(yè)的角度出發(fā),運用防護費用法、影子工程法、機會成本法計量測算火電企業(yè)應承擔的生態(tài)補償標準。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, the ecological compensation is not limited to the theoretical level, the region has entered the practical stage, so the relevant experts and scholars on the ecological compensation phenomenon is studied and a large number of case investigation. Ecological compensation practice in China is mainly in the watershed, forest, mineral resources aspects, and most of them are standing in the macro to investigate the level, rarely involved in the micro enterprise level standard of ecological compensation. Based on the thermal power enterprises as an example, starting from the micro enterprise perspective, using the protection cost method, shadow engineering method, the standard of ecological compensation should bear the measuring meter of thermal power enterprises the opportunity cost method.
