【摘要】:發(fā)展至今的全球化經(jīng)濟(jì)一方面加劇了市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性,另一方面也導(dǎo)致了生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作模式的快速轉(zhuǎn)型。企業(yè)間的關(guān)系也由過去的利益競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)在的注重合作,從而邁向雙贏的新的關(guān)系模式。對(duì)于面臨激烈市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的供應(yīng)鏈上下游企業(yè)而言,密切的合作關(guān)系的構(gòu)建顯得尤為重要。在整條供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)中,供應(yīng)商是具有舉足輕重作用的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。現(xiàn)在許多企業(yè),尤其是制造企業(yè),越來越重視供應(yīng)商的選擇。如何更好地進(jìn)行供應(yīng)商的選擇優(yōu)化工作,從長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)來看,對(duì)于企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)有著十分重要的意義。 A農(nóng)機(jī)公司是一家生產(chǎn)大中型拖拉機(jī)的制造企業(yè),企業(yè)內(nèi)部的運(yùn)作以裝配為主,隨著企業(yè)發(fā)展的需要,A農(nóng)機(jī)公司近年來加大零部件外包力度,生產(chǎn)所需的零部件絕大部分都依賴于其供應(yīng)商的供給。所以,如何結(jié)合企業(yè)自身的情況,構(gòu)筑切實(shí)可行的供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,進(jìn)而運(yùn)用科學(xué)、有效的方法選擇出績(jī)優(yōu)供應(yīng)商,對(duì)于A農(nóng)機(jī)公司來說,具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 首先,本文對(duì)A農(nóng)機(jī)公司的產(chǎn)業(yè)背景及公司的情況進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)明介紹,并概述了現(xiàn)在國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)和選擇的研究情況。其次,分析了供應(yīng)商選擇的相關(guān)理論和方法,并對(duì)A農(nóng)機(jī)公司的供應(yīng)商選擇現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,提出A農(nóng)機(jī)公司在供應(yīng)商選擇方面存在的問題。第三,對(duì)A農(nóng)機(jī)公司的供應(yīng)商的分類方法,利用層次分析法進(jìn)行改良。與此同時(shí),在對(duì)不同類型供應(yīng)商分析的基礎(chǔ)上,采用分類理念,為A農(nóng)機(jī)公司設(shè)計(jì)了一套具有較強(qiáng)針對(duì)性的、分層次的供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)體系。第四,本文改進(jìn)A公司供應(yīng)商的評(píng)價(jià)組織,以及選擇流程;并優(yōu)化了A農(nóng)機(jī)公司的供應(yīng)商選擇方法。將A農(nóng)機(jī)公司的供應(yīng)商選擇分為初選、復(fù)選和終選三個(gè)階段,每個(gè)階段使用不同的方法,建立了一個(gè)考慮到供應(yīng)商選擇全過程的三階段綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法;并運(yùn)用實(shí)例論證了該評(píng)價(jià)方法的現(xiàn)實(shí)可行性。最后,經(jīng)過實(shí)際檢驗(yàn),運(yùn)用此種優(yōu)化方法,A農(nóng)機(jī)公司在供應(yīng)商的選擇和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提高方面獲得了明顯成效。
[Abstract]:Since the development of the economic globalization has intensified the competition in the market, on the other hand also led to the rapid transformation of production operation mode. The relationship between enterprises has changed from the past to now focus on the relationship between the interests of competition cooperation, new relationship patterns to move towards win-win. On the face of the fierce market competition in the supply chain the downstream enterprises, close cooperation construction is particularly important. In the whole supply chain system, the supplier is a link which plays a role. Now many enterprises, especially manufacturing enterprises, more and more attention to the selection of suppliers. How to better the work of supplier selection and optimization, in the long run, there is is of great significance for realizing the strategic objectives of the enterprise.
A machinery company is a manufacturing enterprise production of large and medium-sized tractors, internal operation to assembly, with the needs of enterprise development, A machinery company in recent years to increase the parts outsourcing efforts, needed for the production of parts mostly depends on the supplier's supply. Therefore, how to combine their own situation, build system supplier evaluation index is feasible, and the use of scientific and effective methods to select blue chip suppliers, A for agricultural machinery company, is of great practical significance.
First of all, the industrial background and the company of A machinery company's situation were briefly introduced, and summarizes the present domestic and foreign related supplier evaluation and selection research. Secondly, analyzes the related theories and methods of supplier selection, and the A agricultural company supplier selection and analysis of the current situation, put forward the choice of A machinery company the problems in supplier. Third classification methods of A machinery company's suppliers, using the analytic hierarchy process was improved. At the same time, based on the analysis of different types of suppliers, the concept of classification, design a set of highly targeted A machinery company, the supplier evaluation system for different levels. Fourth. This paper improved A supplier evaluation and selection process; organization, selection method and optimization of the A machinery company's supplier. A machinery company's supplier selection is divided into primary The three stage, check and final selection, use different methods of each stage, set up a comprehensive evaluation of supplier selection considering the three stages of the entire process of the method; and the use of examples demonstrates the feasibility of this evaluation method. Finally, after the actual test, using the optimization method, A selection and competitiveness in agricultural machinery company improve the supplier to obtain significant results.
