【摘要】：石油產(chǎn)業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè),一直以來有著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的“血液”之稱,它的發(fā)展與整個(gè)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展息息相關(guān),正因?yàn)槿绱?石油產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展變化值得我們高度關(guān)注。近年來,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展,中國對(duì)石油的需求增速領(lǐng)先于其他新興市場(chǎng)以及世界其他地區(qū)。同時(shí),在與國際石油市場(chǎng)的接軌過程中,我國成品油市場(chǎng)的格局發(fā)生了巨大的變化。因此,加油站已經(jīng)成為了國內(nèi)成品油企業(yè)和國外大型跨國石油公司競(jìng)相爭(zhēng)奪的高地,這對(duì)于國內(nèi)的成品油企業(yè)而言,要保持其原有的成品油市場(chǎng)份額的難度就大大加大了,不擴(kuò)大其下游的銷售終端渠道就難以強(qiáng)化其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,也就難以保持我國石油能源企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)地位。 本論文以A公司南昌DC加油站建設(shè)的可行性為研究對(duì)象和研究內(nèi)容,在綜述項(xiàng)目可行性研究理論的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了DC加油站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的背景和設(shè)計(jì)方案,提出實(shí)施該項(xiàng)目的改進(jìn)措施。本文著重對(duì)加油站建設(shè)的市場(chǎng)研究、技術(shù)研究、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益研究等進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)的研究,提出了相應(yīng)的建議以指導(dǎo)該項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施。同時(shí),在研究過程中,注重對(duì)實(shí)踐的指導(dǎo)性和應(yīng)用性,提出的方法和手段具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性,本文中所列舉的控制方法和手段,不僅可以在今后實(shí)施的其他相關(guān)項(xiàng)目中得到應(yīng)用,而且對(duì)同類行業(yè)的相關(guān)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施具有較好的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Oil industry is a pillar industry in the national economy . It has always been called the " blood " of the national economy . Its development is closely related to the development of the whole national economy . In recent years , with the rapid development of the economy , China ' s demand for oil has changed greatly . On the basis of summarizing the feasibility of project feasibility study , this paper analyzes the background and design scheme of the construction project of DC gas station , and puts forward some suggestions to guide the implementation of the project . At the same time , the paper puts forward some suggestions to guide the implementation of the project . At the same time , the control methods and means listed in this paper can be applied not only in other relevant projects in the future , but also for the implementation of related projects in similar industries .
