【摘要】：伴隨著中國汽車行業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,越來越多的企業(yè)開始引進發(fā)動機自動化生產(chǎn)線。發(fā)動機生產(chǎn)線項目進度管理具有相當?shù)膹碗s性,在計劃階段面臨著許多不確定因素,在實施過程中又面臨著多種因素的干擾,實現(xiàn)對進度的有效管理是項目管理成功的關鍵。 本論文以項目管理知識體系為理論基礎,運用進度管理的知識和工作分解機構的方法,對ABB公司發(fā)動機生產(chǎn)線項目工序進行分解和編碼,估算出項目的活動工期,編制了網(wǎng)絡計劃,繼而找出關鍵路徑,在此技術上編制出了項目進度計劃。為了保證項目計劃符合工期要求,對進度計劃進行了優(yōu)化。 在制定了項目進度計劃后,為保證工作可以按照計劃進行,在項目的進行過程中對項目進度計劃進行追蹤和控制,找出影響計劃實施的因素,并且對進度計劃進行了調整。通過運用項目進度管理技術,保證了發(fā)動機生產(chǎn)線項目的按時完成。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of automobile industry in China, more and more enterprises begin to introduce automatic engine production line. The project schedule management of engine production line has considerable complexity. In the planning stage, there are many uncertain factors, and in the process of implementation, many factors interfere. The key to the success of project management is to realize the effective management of the progress. Based on the knowledge system of project management, this paper uses the knowledge of schedule management and the method of work decomposition mechanism to decompose and encode the project process of engine production line of ABB Company. The project schedule is estimated, the network plan is worked out, and the critical path is found. In order to ensure that the project plan meets the requirements of the project schedule, the project schedule is worked out technically. The schedule is optimized. In order to ensure that the work can be carried out according to the plan, track and control the project schedule in the process of the project, find out the factors that affect the implementation of the plan. And the schedule is adjusted. By using the project schedule management technology, the engine production line project is completed on time.
