【摘要】：在生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)的全球化新形勢下，發(fā)達(dá)國家對發(fā)展中國家實(shí)施的非關(guān)稅壁壘“綠色壁壘”逐漸成為主要貿(mào)易壁壘。但是以資源環(huán)境為代價(jià)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式，逐漸阻礙了我國企業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。對現(xiàn)代企業(yè)而言，如果一味堅(jiān)持粗放型的增長方式，必然走向滅亡。企業(yè)只有處理好與生態(tài)環(huán)境的關(guān)系，尋求一條綠色的發(fā)展之路，才能實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本文運(yùn)用綠色管理、循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的相關(guān)理論，，應(yīng)用文獻(xiàn)分析、實(shí)證調(diào)查和案例分析等方法，總結(jié)了外國企業(yè)綠色管理的主要策略，分析了YQ公司綠色管理的現(xiàn)狀和存在問題，并應(yīng)用波特的“價(jià)值鏈”理論，構(gòu)建起YQ公司企業(yè)綠色管理體系，對框架中的每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行分析，提出了YQ公司綠色文化、綠色設(shè)計(jì)與生產(chǎn)、綠色采購、綠色進(jìn)料與發(fā)貨、綠色人力資源管理、綠色營銷和服務(wù)等方面的改進(jìn)措施。希望本文的研究，能對YQ公司的綠色管理有一定的幫助，同時(shí)也能為同在摸索可持續(xù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代企業(yè)提供一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In the new situation of ecological economic globalization, developed countries to the developing countries in the implementation of non tariff barriers, "green barrier" has gradually become the main trade barriers. But at the cost of resources and the environment of the mode of economic growth, has hindered the healthy development of our enterprises. The modern enterprises, if blindly adhere to the extensive growth mode that will ruin. The enterprise only handle the relationship with the ecological environment, to seek a green development path, in order to achieve sustainable development.
The application of green management, the relevant theories of circular economy, the application of the literature analysis, empirical investigation and case analysis, summarizes the main strategy of green management of foreign enterprises, analyzes the current situation of YQ company and the existing problems of green management, and application of Potter's "value chain" theory, build up the green management system of YQ company. For each link in the framework of analysis, put forward YQ, green culture, green design and production, green procurement, green feed and delivery, green human resources management, improvement measures of green marketing and service aspects. I hope this study can green management of the YQ company have some help, at the same time can provide a reference for modern enterprises to explore with sustainable development.
