【摘要】：機電產(chǎn)業(yè)是一個關(guān)聯(lián)性較強的產(chǎn)業(yè),一個地區(qū)的機電產(chǎn)品出口競爭力往往是該地區(qū)工業(yè)產(chǎn)品競爭力的重要體現(xiàn)。自中西部大開發(fā)以來,廣西機電產(chǎn)業(yè)得到了長足發(fā)展,出口產(chǎn)量不斷增加,目前廣西己成為西南地區(qū)機電產(chǎn)品出口的重要區(qū)域。然而近年來,廣西機電產(chǎn)品出口常常遭到傾銷指控與技術(shù)壁壘的限制,區(qū)內(nèi)機電產(chǎn)業(yè)也面臨產(chǎn)銷失衡、無序競爭、附加值低等問題,而這些問題在經(jīng)濟危機背景下日益凸顯。 本文在把握廣西機電產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨的國際貿(mào)易狀況的背景下,以產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力理論和比較優(yōu)勢理論為指導,綜合國內(nèi)機電產(chǎn)業(yè)出口大省和東南亞地區(qū)主要機電產(chǎn)品出口國家的數(shù)據(jù),采用兩種角度的指標比較研究了廣西機電產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力和影響因素。首先本文采用MPR、NTB、RCA等結(jié)果性指標分析說明廣西機電產(chǎn)業(yè)的國際競爭力現(xiàn)狀；然后采用修正的“鉆石理論”提取機電產(chǎn)業(yè)重要生產(chǎn)要素,比較各地的差異,隨后應(yīng)用計量軟件測度影響廣西機電產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力的重要因素；最后根據(jù)實證檢驗的結(jié)果從政府、企業(yè)、行業(yè)協(xié)會等角度針對性的提出改進意見。 本文緒論介紹了文章寫作的背景、意義、研究方法和技術(shù)路線等。第二章對本文所涉及的理論基礎(chǔ)進行回顧；第三章綜合產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力結(jié)果性指標分析了廣西機電產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力現(xiàn)狀和存在問題；第四章應(yīng)用產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力影響因素指標比較分析影響廣西機電出口的比較優(yōu)勢并選擇主要因子進行定量分析,初步探討了各個要素對廣西機電出口的影響程度,對廣西產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力問題進行系統(tǒng)研究,得出科技和資本投入是影響廣西機電產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力的最優(yōu)指標的結(jié)論；第五章依據(jù)上文分析結(jié)果對提升廣西機電產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力的措施,提出有合理的對策建議,包括對政府、企業(yè)、行業(yè)協(xié)會等單位的優(yōu)化策略。本文的初步分析對于廣西機電產(chǎn)品在出口貿(mào)易中保持并擴大目前的成績具有一定的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:Mechanical and electrical industry is a strong correlation industry, a region's export competitiveness of mechanical and electrical products is often an important embodiment of the competitiveness of industrial products in this region, since the development of the central and western regions. Guangxi mechanical and electrical industry has been greatly developed, export output has been increasing, Guangxi has become an important region of the export of mechanical and electrical products in southwest China. However, in recent years. The export of Guangxi electromechanical products is often restricted by dumping charges and technical barriers. The electromechanical industry in Guangxi is also faced with such problems as unbalanced production and sales, disordered competition and low added value. These problems are becoming increasingly prominent in the context of the economic crisis. Under the background of grasping the international trade situation of Guangxi electromechanical industry, this paper is guided by the theory of industrial international competitiveness and the theory of comparative advantage. Synthesizes the domestic mechanical and electrical industry export province and the Southeast Asia region main mechanical and electrical product export country's data. The competitiveness and influencing factors of Guangxi mechanical and electrical industry are compared and studied by using two kinds of indicators. Firstly, this paper adopts MPR-NTB. The analysis of RCA and other results shows the present situation of the international competitiveness of Guangxi electromechanical industry. Then the paper uses the modified diamond theory to extract the important factors of production in the mechanical and electrical industry, compares the differences in different places, and then uses the measurement software to measure the important factors that affect the international competitiveness of Guangxi electromechanical industry. Finally, according to the results of empirical test from the government, enterprises, industry associations and other aspects of targeted suggestions for improvement. The introduction of this paper introduces the background, significance, research methods and technical route of the article. The second chapter reviews the theoretical basis involved in this paper; The third chapter analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the international competitiveness of Guangxi electromechanical industry. Chapter 4th compares and analyzes the comparative advantage of Guangxi's mechanical and electrical export by using the index of influencing factors of industrial competitiveness, and chooses the main factors to carry on quantitative analysis, and preliminarily discusses the influence degree of each factor on Guangxi's mechanical and electrical export. This paper makes a systematic study on the international competitiveness of Guangxi's industry and draws the conclusion that science and technology and capital input are the best indexes affecting the international competitiveness of Guangxi's mechanical and electrical industry. Chapter 5th based on the above analysis results of the measures to enhance the international competitiveness of Guangxi mechanical and electrical industry, put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions, including to the government, enterprises. The preliminary analysis of this paper has certain theoretical and practical significance for Guangxi mechanical and electrical products to maintain and expand the current achievements in export trade.
