【摘要】：企業(yè)要想更好的適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需求和行業(yè)激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì),必須要建立符合本企業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,制定一個(gè)相對(duì)較好的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對(duì)企業(yè)未來(lái)的發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用。本文以HDJH公司為研究背景,HDJH公司目前正處高速發(fā)展時(shí)期,通過(guò)前兩年的技術(shù)儲(chǔ)備和新產(chǎn)品開發(fā),以及對(duì)市場(chǎng)的開拓在近兩年內(nèi)表現(xiàn)的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭迅猛,下一步如何保持企業(yè)的高增長(zhǎng)狀況以及進(jìn)一步拓展市場(chǎng)和增加企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,所以對(duì)HDJH公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究顯得尤為重要。本文通過(guò)對(duì)戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)理論的梳理,運(yùn)用PEST分析方法,結(jié)合當(dāng)前的行業(yè)狀況對(duì)HDJH公司的基本情況以及外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境從宏觀的角度和微觀的角度進(jìn)行分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析HDJH公司所面臨的的機(jī)會(huì)、威脅、優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)并構(gòu)建SWOT矩陣,依據(jù)可供選擇的SO,ST, WO,WT戰(zhàn)略,確定HDJH公司的未來(lái)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,最后通過(guò)對(duì)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施障礙分析,提出了戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的具體措施和建議,。通過(guò)本文的分析希望能夠給HDJH公司在應(yīng)對(duì)目前的金融危機(jī)和未來(lái)發(fā)展過(guò)程中起到一定的推動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:In order to better adapt to the needs of modern social and economic development and the fierce competition situation of the industry, enterprises must establish a strategic plan in line with the development of the enterprise. Making a relatively good development strategy plays a vital role in the future development of enterprises. This paper takes HDJH as the research background and HDJH is in a period of high speed development. Through the previous two years of technical reserves and new product development, as well as the development of the market in the past two years performance of the rapid development momentum. The next step is how to maintain the high growth of enterprises and further expand the market and increase the competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, it is very important to study the development strategy of HDJH Company. Through the combing of the related theories of strategic management, this paper uses the method of PEST analysis. Combined with the current situation of the industry, the basic situation of HDJH company, the external environment and the internal environment from the macro and micro point of view are analyzed, on this basis. Analyze the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses faced by HDJH and build the SWOT matrix, according to the alternative SOT, WO / WT strategy. Finally, through the analysis of the obstacles to the implementation of the company's development strategy, the specific measures and suggestions for the implementation of the strategy are put forward. Through the analysis of this paper, it is hoped that HDJH will play an important role in dealing with the current financial crisis and developing in the future.
