【摘要】：從綠色建筑的內(nèi)涵出發(fā),將日本、澳大利亞與我國(guó)綠色建筑政策實(shí)踐進(jìn)行比較,指出我國(guó)綠色建筑政策存在的問題,提出要從建立健全綠色建筑政策法規(guī)體系、探索靈活多樣的綠色建筑獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)機(jī)制、鼓勵(lì)綠色建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)和研發(fā)、大力提高全民對(duì)綠色建筑的應(yīng)用和認(rèn)識(shí)等方面來加快我國(guó)綠色建筑的推廣及應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Starting from the connotation of green building , comparing Japan and Australia with the practice of green building policy in China , points out the problems of green building policy in China , and puts forward the promotion and application of green building in China from the aspects of establishing sound green building policy and regulations system , exploring flexible green building incentive mechanism , encouraging green building industry related products design and research and development , greatly improving the application and understanding of green building .
