【摘要】:目前,國內(nèi)的鋼材行業(yè)的代理商,大部分企業(yè)都是家族式企業(yè),鋼鐵貿(mào)易公司都是一家人全權(quán)管理,這一方面公司有靈活度,另一方面也使公司沒有固定的庫存管理制度,對(duì)公司實(shí)現(xiàn)資源有效整合和一體化協(xié)同發(fā)展造成了障礙。當(dāng)前湖南鋼鐵分銷企業(yè)普遍面臨著市場波動(dòng)大、同類分銷企業(yè)多如牛毛而且激烈競爭、客戶需求多變、采購周期不確定等問題,大多數(shù)鋼材分銷企業(yè)傾向于采用大量囤積鋼材庫存來應(yīng)付市場的競爭。隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化,基于單個(gè)企業(yè)的管理模式己無法贏得市場競爭力,在這種情況下,出現(xiàn)了“橫向一體化”的管理模式;跀U(kuò)展企業(yè)模式的供應(yīng)鏈管理正是這種新的管理模式的典型代表,它從供應(yīng)鏈的整體利益出發(fā),合理管理供應(yīng)鏈上的各個(gè)企業(yè)。供應(yīng)鏈思想的出現(xiàn)為傳統(tǒng)的庫存管理指明了新的發(fā)展方向。近年來,基于供應(yīng)鏈的庫存管理在降低庫存成本、提高服務(wù)水平等方面表現(xiàn)出明顯的優(yōu)勢,成為理論界和企業(yè)界研究和實(shí)踐的一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)。 湖南鋼之強(qiáng)貿(mào)易有限公司當(dāng)前正遇到庫存管理的一系列問題,傳統(tǒng)的基于單個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)的庫存管理模式越來越不適應(yīng)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的要求。公司已經(jīng)形成了產(chǎn)品的供應(yīng)鏈體系,迫切需要基于供應(yīng)鏈的庫存管理思想的指導(dǎo)。 本文從企業(yè)的實(shí)際運(yùn)作角度,以鋼之強(qiáng)公司為例,對(duì)企業(yè)在實(shí)施庫存管理現(xiàn)狀和有關(guān)庫存控制進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,研究供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下的庫存決策與管理問題,進(jìn)而提出適合基于供應(yīng)鏈的庫存管理解決方案。本文首先分析了公司庫存管理的現(xiàn)狀和原因,研究了現(xiàn)代供應(yīng)鏈管理理論及新型庫存管理模式,并將它們各自的實(shí)施條件與公司的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行比對(duì),提出了適合該公司的供應(yīng)商管理庫存策略。最后按照供應(yīng)鏈自上而下的順序,先為鋼之強(qiáng)公司選擇了合適的供應(yīng)商,之后為公司制定了實(shí)施供應(yīng)商管理庫存的具體方案。此方案的實(shí)施不但可以有效降低公司庫存水平,而且對(duì)于提升公司所處供應(yīng)鏈的運(yùn)作效率乃至其它同類型企業(yè)與供應(yīng)鏈的運(yùn)作效率都具有非常積極的意義。
[Abstract]:At present, the domestic steel industry agents, most enterprises are family enterprises, Iron Trade Company is one family management, the company has flexibility, on the other hand, the company has no fixed inventory management system, a barrier to realize the effective integration of resources, integration and collaborative development. The Hunan iron and steel distribution enterprises are generally facing the market fluctuations, the similar distribution enterprises and innumerable fierce competition, changing customer needs, the procurement cycle is uncertain, the majority of steel distribution companies tend to use a large number of hoarding steel inventory to meet market competition. With the globalization of the market economy, a single enterprise management model has been unable to win the market competitiveness based on the the case of "horizontal integration" management mode. Based on the supply chain management mode is that enterprise expansion A typical representative of the new management mode, starting from the overall interests of the supply chain, each enterprise on the supply chain management is reasonable. The appearance of SCM indicates a new development direction for the traditional inventory management. In recent years, the supply chain inventory management in reducing inventory cost and improve the service level based on other aspects the obvious advantage, become a hot topic in theoretical circles and enterprises for research and practice.
Hunan steel strong trade limited company is currently encountered a series of problems of inventory management, and the traditional inventory management model based on a single node cannot meet the requirement of company development strategy. The company has formed a product supply chain system, the urgent need of supply chain inventory management based on the guidance.
From the angle of enterprise actual operation, with strong steel company as an example, the enterprises in the implementation of inventory management status and related inventory control are analyzed in detail, the inventory decision and management problem research under the environment of supply chain, and then put forward for Solving Inventory Management Based on supply chain solutions. This paper first analyzes the present situation and reason of company stock the study of modern management, supply chain management theory and new inventory management mode, and to compare the status of their respective implementation conditions with the company, put forward for the vendor managed inventory strategy of the company. At the end of the supply chain according to the top-down order, select the appropriate suppliers for steel companies, develop the specific implementation of Vendor Managed Inventory for the company. The project not only can effectively reduce the inventory level, but also to improve the company for The operational efficiency of the chain and the efficiency of the other types of enterprises and the supply chain are of great positive significance.
